    I recently tried the 365 by Whole Foods brand of Methyl Folate supplements for the first time, and I’m really impressed! The serving size is just one capsule a day, meaning the bottle lasts for 100 days, which is a fantastic value for the price. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, which I appreciate since some supplements can be tough to take. Plus, they’re vegan, which is a nice bonus for those with dietary preferences.The best part? This 365 by Whole Foods bottle has 100 pills for the same price as the 60-pill bottle of the name brand. For me, it’s a no-brainer—I’m switching to this as my go-to methyl folate supplement moving forward. It’s affordable, effective, and I haven’t noticed any difference in quality compared to the pricier option. Highly recommend!

    Fantastic folate formulation, I’m very sensitive to folate and some other brands have caused me to adverse reactions or flares. This has been a great value and very effective in treating my folate deficiency.

    Good value no flushing however for some reason I thought these were going to be sublingual they are tiny little capsules easy to swallow.
