    I’m allergic but the tablets are fine.

    I’ve tried glucosamine and condroiton supplements in the past, and had an allergic response to them: hives. It’s been years. I thought these were Ok but, nope, I guess it’s the active ingredients. Too bad.I bought them because of a number of studies showing that taking glucosamine and condroiton have longevity benefits. However, I think they may have helped my arthritic knee. The data on that is iffy.

    Changed brands. No stars because I can’t use them. Gave 1 star so it would submit it.

    The tablets are too large to swallow, so I tried to crush them that was too hard. Then I put them in a little bit of water so that maybe they would disolve but that wasn’t working. So I tried chewing them ,surprised they didn’t taste bad but they got stuck in my teeth. So I gave up. So now they are just sitting on my shelf.
