These are the only iron supplements that don’t make me nauseous, so big thumbs up for that. I also love taking them because they are tasty, and I usually, in fact, have to exert great self-discipline to not eat a handful.I have no idea how much bio-available iron these actually contain, or if they even contain any iron at all. But I really hope they do, because being anemic is way less fun without these gummies.
