Love these
These are great. I’m currently on day 4. I take them around 6pm and move my bowels between 5-7am the next morning. I go about 2-3 times within that time frame and that’s it for the day. I only feel cramping when it’s time to use the bathroom and I’m relieved after I go. I also fast from 6am-3pm and when I do eat, my diet is plant based including some fish or shrimp here and there. So far it’s working and it’s controllable. I don’t have to miss work and I’m not crawled up in a ball like some reviews suggest. No vaginal bleeding. So far I’ve lost 4lbs in these 4 days.

Bad experience
I started using this product last night before bed, as directed. At 1:00am I felt cramps so I went into the bathroom and “did the deed”. I started feeling very sweaty and nauseous. I managed to get up and wash my hands and the next thing I remember is waking up on the bathroom floor, shaking. I clearly fainted. I feel fine this morning but that experience was very concerning. Unfortunately it’s not returnable.

Bad cramping
I’ve tried other brands before, never experienced bad cramping as I did with this product. It does make you go, but no weight loss and bad cramping. I disposed of half the bottle. Will not be buying again.

I would consider using this again.
