May Result in Unbearable Joint Pain
It did suppress my appetite but 24 hours after taking the first dose I started noticing joint pain. I continued taking the product pursuant to the label instructions for over a week and the joint pain intensified. After 9 days, I decided this new joint pain had to be related to this product since it was the only new item in my routine. I stopped taking the product and the joint pain mostly subsided within 24 hours of my last dose. I still have a little residual pain which I hope continues to clear. Understand that this joint pain was in addition to occasional stomach pain and discomfort. I might have continued taking it if the only pain was the stomach ache but when every movement and every step hurt, that was too much.

Great Natural Product!
Pretty amazing. Definitely increases energy levels. Moderately suppresses appetite but more interesting is it enables you to set healthy eating habits and choose what you consume, allowing one to control their weight loss. I’m assuming this is the result of the affect it has on the serotonin in the brain. I’ve had a bit of insomnia since taking this, but not bad and well worth the benefits it will hopefully produce.
