It’s definitely creatine. Better flavor than the drink mixes, but still slightly… Not bitter, but something. Like still has a little of that creatine flavor. Definitely easier to use than the drink mixes, pop a couple, chew, and onto your workout.Seems to be helping so far, my arms have increased in mass noticeably. So I’d say they’re equally as effective as the drink mixes that I’m used to. Definitely within a few % if I had to quantify it.I did have a mild stomach upset for the first 5-7 doses, but nothing out of the ordinary for me with new products of almost any kind. I remember the very first time I took any creatine was during wrestling practice in high school, and I puked. These weren’t like that at all, so easier on the GI tract for sure.As for value, you get less doses out of it than the large powder mix, but it’s also cheaper, so you be the judge on that one.

It’s a lot of gummies but they’re good
I’ve been looking for an easy way to integrate creatine into my routine as I’m on my journey to rebuild my lost muscle tone, and these gummies make it super convenient. First off, the flavor is good. It’s a nice blueberry pomegranate taste with no weird artificial aftertaste. They’re sugar-free, easy to chew, and the overall texture is great.That being said, my one drawback is the serving size. Having to take four gummies a day feels like a lot. I’m not sure if it’s technically possible to concentrate the creatine more so you don’t have to eat as many, but taking four every single day isn’t my favorite, even if they are sugar-free.All of that aside, I’m definitely appreciating the workout and recovery benefits that creatine gives me, and this is by far the easiest way to take it without messing with powders and shakers. If you don’t mind chewing through four a day, it’s a great value and a really solid product!

Great Taste, Sugar-Free, and an Easy Way to Take Creatine
These creatine gummies taste great. One thing I really appreciate is that they don’t have the thick coating of sugar that many gummies do. According to the label, they’re sugar-free, which is a big plus for me. They’re only lightly sweet, but they have just the right amount of sweetness and a light delicious blueberry and pomegranate flavor.I’ve been taking them every day and actually look forward to it. In fact, the container is almost empty as I write this review because my son enjoys them too, and we’ve been competing over who gets the last gummies!Regarding effectiveness and energy, it’s difficult for me to give a definitive opinion because I take other supplements and maintain an active lifestyle. Since I can’t isolate the effects of this product alone, I don’t think it would be fair to claim that any improvement in energy, strength, or performance is solely due to these gummies. Fantastic if you’re okay with the cost.
Look – creatine is creatine. If you just need creatine, any creatine monohydrate will do. However, there is a certain luxury and convenience to products like this. It’s so nice to be able to just grab a couple and throw a couple down on your way out the door. I do find myself wanting to dose creatine more often than mixing or throwing down a spoon of powder. And for this it may be worth it to some people.First off – monk fruit extract. This needs to be standard in any low or no sugar supplement like this. Products with this always end up tasting excellent, and this is no exception.I can’t really speak to the other stuff in this or how effective it is , I view this as more of a convenient creatine delivery product. But for that it is exactly that. The taste is excellent, these don’t all melt and end up a gooey mess. The presentation is excellent and the cube shape is just kinda …fun haha. The price may be hard to swallow for some, but again I view this as a nice to have.

These definitely do all they say they do. I wish I read the energy part sooner. I’ve been taking this before bed and have been sleeping lightly and not all the way through the night. It definitely keeps you energized. And alert but not in a caffeinated kind of way. My body feels alive and strong while taking these. My focus has definitely improved. They work as well as they say they do! They are very tasty and hold up well to varied temperatures. They have a good texture, even in 90 degrees. Easy to chew and I enjoy the ingredients.

Hubby is the creatine guy not me however I am the one who buys / orders it for him so when I saw these creatine gummies from KLEVIRO I wanted to give them a try.Container comes sealed with 120 gummies and a recommended serving of 4 per day…so a thirty day supply.Lot # and expiration date are stamped on the bottom of the jar.I really like the fact that KLEVIRO lists each ingredient individually. And the blend of ingredients seems well thought out.Another plus and I was quite surprised is there are no sugars in these gummies. I’d kind of given up on finding gummies without sugar so this is a huge plus.Texture and consistency is good. They are not as chewy as a true gummy but they chew up nicely and do not stick to your teeth.While flavored the taste is very mild. Yes they taste like candy but not overly flavored. Hubby said he could eat the whole jar in one sitting lol. There is no aftertaste at all.Hubby has been using these for about a week now. I should note I only tried two…one of each flavor so I could speak to that part. He has noticed no difference in energy or effectiveness in taking these vs his usual powdered form of creatine which he adds to milk along with his protein powder. He has experienced no type of digestive issues at all.One thing that left me a bit puzzled is in the listing it says no water retention. It has always been my assumption that creatine does cause water retention so I am not sure how/ why they are advertising that.Price for a month is to the high side I feel. Granted gummies are typically more than powders.All in all not a bad supplement. I think it would work best if you’re going to a gym and take these immediately pre or post workout. Since we have all hubby’s workout equipment in the basement convenience isn’t really an issue for him. Hubby will finish the jar but I doubt I will reorder. NOTHING the company did wrong rather the price point for me. I would still recommend trying it if you are so inclined.

I find that taking gummies along when I travel is more convenient than taking powders, and these are a great way to throw creatine into a travel bag. With 120 gummies in this canister, that’s a 30-day supply at the suggested 4-gummies-per-serving.Along with a fairly standard dose of creatine, these gummies also contain varying amounts of nine amino acids, some of which are essential amino acids and some not. The included amino acids are known to help with everything from energy production to muscle endurance to mental performance. The remaining ingredients are pronounceable and recognizable and do not include any oils, sugar, gluten, common allergens, GMO ingredients, or artificial colors or flavors. This attention to detail makes these creatine+ complex gummies a solid addition to a healthy lifestyle.These gummies are not as sticky sweet as kids’ fruity gummy snacks, but do stick in my teeth a bit. Their texture is super smooth, not chalky or gritty at all. They are quite sweet thanks to the monkfruit sweetener, but I could do with a little less sweetness. I didn’t realize upon ordering that there were two different flavors in the canister.
