Beware, VERY SALTY. You can’t taste the flavor thru all the salt taste! And nowhere on the packaging does it tell you how much water to add the packet to. I had to ask Alexa….she said:For the Zest Elite Electrolytes + Creatine Powder, each stick packet is designed to be mixed with water to taste — typically 8-16 ounces (1-2 cups) depending on how strong you prefer it.Most customers mix one stick with 8-12 oz of water for a standard serving. You can adjust the water amount based on your preference for flavor intensity. We’ve had a heat wave here and it’s been impossible to get anything done outside. Drenched in sweat within minutes of any outdoor activity. I’ve been struggling to stay hydrated. This has really helped me stay active and still feel good. Also helps with hangovers… even if you mix the product with vodka to get the hangover in the first place! Tastes great! Great for travel
I’d been very good about my morning creatine drinky drink the past few months and was worried I wouldn’t be able to fit it in on a long weekend trip I was taking to Provincetown. Luckily I stumbled on these last week before departing and they worked out great. I didn’t have to lug my huge tub of creatine from home which was a huge plus! Had one serving every morning after our group’s pride and Pilates sessions on the beach and I think I liked the flavors better than the liquid IV pouches I’ve tried previously. Wasn’t sure how I’d like the apple flavor but it ended up being my favorite. After long nights of dancing/clubbing with the guys along with the morning exercise on the beach, being able to get the creatine and hydration boost all in one package was a huge plus. Definitely recommend for traveling and honestly might just buy these moving forward once I’m done with the creatine at home to save space in my cute little pantry

My husband is a sweaty guy and drinks so much water before, during, and after his runs. I got these to try and he loves the flavors (particularly green apple!) but he’s actually commented on how much he likes the salt too. It is quite salty but for him it’s very necessary to replenish his electrolytes every time he runs. And there is the correct ratio of electrolytes (sodium, magnesium, and potassium) so that’s super nice to see. Plus the added creatine is awesome. I also love that it doesn’t clump too much after you shake it!

Convenient and Refreshing for Workouts
I really like how convenient these packets are. The strawberry lemonade flavor is refreshing without being overly sweet, and I love that it has no added sugar. It’s so easy to mix with water and take with me before or after a workout, especially when I’m on the go. Having electrolytes and creatine together in one packet makes things much simpler. The individual sticks are easy to carry in my gym bag, and the flavor makes it easy to drink more water throughout the day. Definitely a great option for my workout routine

Ok ok I didn’t know this but these are salty. If you like salty drinks these are for you. I personally don’t like salty I like sweet so I am a little bummed but now I know 😭😭😭 the packaging is super nice though I like the feel of it and the pouches are a really good size!
