It really works and is so easy to take
When we are young we take a lot of things for granted, but they change as we get older. I have noticed in the last few years changes in my skin, hair, and nails. I know there is a lack of collagen. I also used to have problems with bowl movements – not anymore, thank God.I started taking collagen capsules, but I had the feeling that it caused some problems with elimination again, and I don’t want that. The less I have to take the better.First of all, I have a feeling thst the body can absorb and use the collagen in powder form better than the capsules. Since it also has the digestive enzymes and probiotics I don’t have to worry about elimination. I have no problems with that. To see how it works I stopped the digestive enzymes and probiotics that I was taking. It is working just fine without them.I also noticed that my nails aren’t cracking or being so rough anymore. Another improvement is my hair. When I wash it I used to lose a lot of hair. Now, thers is hardly any hair in the shower drain catcher. That feels so great. I do think that my skin is getting a little bit better as well, but it will take a bit longer to really notice the difference. I am on my second container and I will continue taking it. It gives me everything I need . I mix it in water with lemon juice in the morning, and in my coffee. It is tasteless and dissolves easily. I highly recommend it.

Clumps up in my water. It aldo sticks to your teeth, roof of your mouth, ect. I can’t use it and I’ve tried all the methods they said to try. Mixing it with food made me have to throw away my dinner as everything stuck to the inside of my mouth. U have to brush your teeth to get it off as it’s like glue it’s so sticky.I’ve been having bad luck with products from Amazon. I tried to return it but they don’t accept refunds on this item.Update: Customer service is amazing. They gave me a full refund as it might of got too hot or cold in transit. Plus I had just lost my dad and she was so caring and beyond wonderful. I would recommend this company to anyone as they are one of the best customer service companies I’ve ever had the pleasure of communicating with.
