Update: The seller contacted me to see if they could do anything to help, specifically offering to send either a second bottle of gummies so I could try them longer or, since some people react differently to different forms, a bottle of their soft gels. I’m starting to get suspicious of gummies in general as maybe locking nutrients away better than others, but was willing to try the soft gels. When they came, the label looked very familiar. They’re the same company as the 400mg ones referred to below! The ones I very much like! So I do think this is a trustworthy company. But I still don’t like the gummies.The original review:I don’t find these to be anywhere near as effective as 200mg of CoQ10 should be. I have a nuisance condition that is helped by taking CoQ10 and creatine. I’m taking the same creatine I’ve been taking, but switching to this CoQ10 is not working for me.I find that 200mg is a minimal dose, and that only enough if it can be split up over the day. This can be easily split up since 2 gummies are a dose. It should work. After 5 days taking one in the morning and one at night, the annoyance was coming back. I started taking an extra in the middle of the day. After two days, this became 2 extras. It is almost enough. That’s now at 400mg per day, spread out so it is more effective.I was taking a single gel cap of 400mg in the morning, which is high and was wonderful. It was working better than taking 4 of these, and that even though I was forced to take it all at once.As to the rest, I do like that it has zinc. That’s something I started taking a few years back and felt better within a week showing my multi wasn’t doing it for zinc. The others are meaningless extras. I get lots of C and never noticed anything good from extra E. Random B vitamins (unspecified here) just run through me.Flavor: If this is orange, it’s one of the more complicated ones. Very luxurious, perhaps with a lot of hint of peach. There’s a lot of flavors in this. A lot of color too.
