I tried primrose oil supplements before due to adult hormonal acne I was getting. I had read taking primrose oil helps with this issue and had already been using a multitude of topical products for this issue with inconsistent success. My face became completely clear after using these in combination with tea tree oil and other products geared towards acne. After I finished my bottle, I decided to take a break and stopped taking these for a while. I found myself purchasing primrose oil again when I started to break out again without taking these. They’re easy to swallow without any negative taste and I love the fact that you only need to take one pill per day. I’m not sure how or why these help keep my acne at bay, but they seem to do the trick. I don’t notice or track any other benefits, but it seems this can have multiple good effects beyond one’s skin. Considering I’ve spent more on skincare products, I think this a good value.
