Easy to Take
I like Zazzee supplements for their quality. This DGL product has 7000 mg of the extract in a vegan capsule. I like DGL to coat my esophagus, so I open the capsule and let it melt in my mouth. It has a slightly sweet (licorice is sweet) licorice taste. It’s simple and easy to take and quite effective at calming your upset.I prefer a chewable tablet but I was having issues finding a sugar free formula. These capsules solved the problem. There is no added sugar. That said there is some filler in the form of rice hull and rice powder.

This helped my acid reflux after a few days.
Having acid reflux/ GERD for many years,I have tried many supplements to relieve it. I honestly felt a difference after one day when I took this. After almost a month taking DGL I have only had a few time that I ate a tums. I feel that this helped immensely and recommend it to any one trying to find relief from acid reflux. I’ve even slept without my wedge pillow which helps my low back pain in the mornings. This supplement has helped me and it is inexpensive enough to just try it if you have doubts, which I did before I tried it!

Not of good quality
I have taken in the past many Licorice products with and without Deglycyrrhizinated which should not effect blood pressure. That’s why I take DGL now, anyway I have been taken licorice for over 40 years now with wonderful results with gastrointestinal and stomach issues when they arise in life. This product is a dud, does not work, probably loaded with fillers. I will send it out to a lab to see what’s in there and I’ll get back. Maybe it’s my imagination “NOT”.

Works wonderfully for me
This helps my digestion hugely. I use various digestive aids, this is the one I don’t want to miss. I’ve used other DGL’s, and while I like the chewables, this works best. I don’t need it every meal, one meal a day is enough to keep things moving smoothly. I usually take it at breakfast or maybe lunch if I forget breakfast. If I’m feeling kinda stuffed or uncomfortable, I take it then, too & it helps. I notice days when i forget it, that’s the real tell for me.

Better than expected for relieving my symptoms.
This product exceeded my expectations! I bought it to ease catarrh and it has done so from the very first dose. It also had the additional benefit of easing my occasional indigestion. I take just one capsule a day. I am very pleased and will definitely buy again.

It can be difficult sometimes to know if a supplement is working or not, but I have read that licorice is supposed to be good for digestive health so I wanted to try this. My digestion has been very good. If I notice anything specific, I will update this review.
