Our integrative doc recommended this supplement for my husband who has been experiencing memory lapse and overall difficulty in focus. Good source of Choline. Unsure on why other than size, but VERY difficult to swallow.
I can’t test the content of the pills on purity, chemical composition or others, i definitely feel the effect but it’s my second time purchasing Alpha-GPC (Choline) so i am going to say it is a good product based on the improvement on performance i feel thought the day.These are a great value for the money and content.Now, while the product itself, the container and presentation may be 5-star the capsules/vessel is a different story, i do not know if it’s shape, but i have a VERY hard time swallowing these, and it’s the reason for the 3-star review, unsure if the content of the formula requires a capsule fo this size, but i also take other supplements where either the capsule itself is “softer” and of similar volume and doesn’t hurt my throat, every time i take one of this i got to be careful to take it in the right position or it will get stuck on my throat causing reflexes and just a bad experience overall.Not a bad product per se, but maybe go with different capsule engineering for easier swallowing.

Open the hard to swallow capsule and empty contents on tongue.
As a past LPN nurse, and at currently 81 years of age, I wil happily report that this amino acid, Alpha GPC by ZAZZEE, has made a very positive and helpful improvement in my life for the last several years (8 times ordered) that I’ve been taking them. I take them every single day without fail because I can easily see the difference in my life if I miss one day. They are too large for me to swallow so I simply pull the capsule apart in my fingers and empty the contents onto my tongue and easily swallow with a sip of tea. The contents have absolutely no taste to me, so it’s very quick and easy to do. The company should state that in their advertisements in order to help more people. I highly recommend this product.
