    i like this product, and have been using it for many years in my attempt to keep my osteopenia from becoming osteporosisi ordered 2 bottles..and was puzzled thast they came in 2 separate shipments..what was that about?

    Excellent

    My recent checkup revealed that I could use extra of pretty much everything in this supplement. In particular I was looking for a supplement that could assist with bone strength which is so important at my age. Any time I can get what I need in a combo supplement and save some money on buying individually, I take the opportunity. I also get some extras like strontium that would not have occurred to me to be beneficial before. Great combo!

    Warning: calcium carbonate can cause constipation.Magnesium oxide tends to counteract this, but I’m not sure that it helps fully.Nothing on the manufacturer, but just so users are aware
