Great Daily Vitamin
I love that these vitamins are made from real food and provide me with 5 servings of fruits and vegetables. As a busy mom, there are days when it is hard to get in all the nutrients and I am glad that I have this to help. I also love that they help with my skin, hair and nails. They did make me burp and I could taste the vitamins, This only happened a few times and not every time.

My 19yr Old Daughter & I “Late 40’s” started taking this Multiple Vitamin back in April. I’ve always had very Thick Hair then, in March I just started losing clumps of Hair. Doctor’s not 100% sure why; Blood Work slightly off but, not enough to cause it! Hair loss went on about 4-5 wks. As for my Daughter, she eats well but, not enough Fruits/Vegetables to get the Vitamins/Minerals needed. I picked this Brand because, of it’s whole-food fruit & veggie base plus additional nutrients to support skin, hair & nails. My new go-to vitamin
So, I honestly wasn’t sure if it was doing anything at all when I first tried it but I know things take time to work so I’m almost done with my first month’s and here are my noted changes.I had an increase in energy. I could really tell that my body was happy with the vitamin when I started being able to go outside more often and had energy to do things (I struggle with depression). It was a gradual change but it was a pleasant one.My nails are getting longer and getting very strong. They don’t get fragile and bend when exposed to water from bathing/showering.My hair is growing pretty fast. My hair is in the awkward ugly stage where it’s long enough to put into a ponytail but not a big one and I felt like it’s pulling me out of my hair’s ugly teen phase.I was struggling at the beginning of the month with a little amount acne but I can’t say for sure that it helped with it or not because I have also been using a new acne medication (It has since cleared up). I haven’t noticed any significant change in the aspect, but skin hasn’t really been an issue for me for majority of my life.I stopped taking my other beauty supplements and honestly I feel like this works better and I don’t have to swallow 9 huge capsules in the morning.What influenced my decision to purchase was that it is made from whole food ingredients. I’ll be buying it again soon because I am almost out. 😊

This product is a mainstay for me. It really has improved my hair, skin and nails tremendously! Many people have commented on how healthy my hair looks and that my natural nails look like they’ve been done in a salon. I feel like all of the ingredients are very well balanced and have great benefits because I really notice when I miss taking it. I do not have any negative side effects.

Yes they are vile , think of like a very pasty protein powder taste but in pill form, all your burbs, sneezes smells like the pill. This would probably cause nausea to people with sensitive senses. The aftertaste is insane!

All rounder supplement
My family and i have been using this product for several months now and have nothing but positive things to say. I have seen a huge difference in the overall appearance of my nails, skin and hair. It tastes good, easy to swallow and does not cause any stomach issue. all natural product. if any one is looking for an all rounder great quality supplement, i highly highly recommend this product. It will not disappoint. value for money.

Qualiity ingredients, no binders/fillers, no side effects, good results!
This is the only multi I’ve tried – and I’ve tried many high-quality multi’s – that doesn’t give me side effects, and I do feel, over time, that my energy and sense of well-being has improved. If you have trouble with B vitamins, as I do, the B’s in this one will likely *not* cause nausea or other GI symptoms, probably because the amounts are on the low end, or perhaps it’s the type/quality of B’s, but imo, mega-doses are too much for the body to handle anyway. I’m a fan of these vitamins — quality ingredients with no binders/fillers is the way to go, and these meet that criteria.
