I’ve been struggling a bit with my weight as I get older and I like berberine because it is a supplement that targets several areas of concern, including weight. I actually see some positive results from taking it and improvement on the scale. Berberine helps with insulin resistance and my metabolism which directly translates to some weight loss for me. That is reason enough for me to take it but it has many less visible benefits as well from lowering bad cholesterol and reducing inflammation. These capsules are easy to take and I haven’t had any side effects. I like that they are made in the USA, which gives me confidence in the quality of the product.

This is a high-quality berberine supplement. It comes in the form of normal sized capsules that are easy to swallow and tasteless.Don’t let the cost take you aback. There are good reasons for this product to cost more than other berberine capsules. The main reasons are:1) Most of the supplements you find are 30 or 60 days. They give you 250 capsules. Since the recommendation is two per day, this is a 125-day supply.2) This product is made in high-end, GMP-certified U.S. manufacturing facilities in the United States. It is also kosher and non-GMO, which adds to the quality and the cost.3) This product contains 550 mg Berbevis, a complex where berberine is paired with phospholipids for supposedly better absorption, alongside 450 mg of plain berberine HCl. (Yeah, I had to look up what Berbevis is LOL) That process also adds to the price of manufacturing this supplement.All in all, this is a good quality product with a high volume of capsules included. Definitely deserves your consideration and five-stars.
