Another day, another snake oil.
I am always skeptical about health supplements outside of standard vitamins. Everyone’s got something to sell to solve what ails you and make you beautiful. Here you’ve got a compound of a few natural ingredients purported to have some medicinal value, but those claims are really backed by anything other than wives’ tales, home remedies, or medical advice from a thousand years ago. I took these capsules every day as directed and observed no noticeable difference in mood, gut health, energy, or anything else. Might as well have been sawdust. Hopefully not loaded with heavy metals, because there is no standard for “health supplements.”

For some reason the name zafira organics made me think these were organic. After actually getting them and looking into them I realized they were not organic at all. The ingredients are still good quality ingredients though. The price is on the high side in my opinion since they aren’t organic. The capsules are average sized and easy to swallow. I haven’t had any negative side effects from taking these. I haven’t noticed any extra energy but I haven’t gotten extra moody lately either. Not sure on the effectiveness of these. I have only been taking them for about a week so the effects might take longer to really notice.

I have been taking this supplement for about three weeks now to test out its claims regarding daily mood, energy, and digestive comfort. So far, I haven’t experienced any digestive issues, which suggests it might be making a decent positive impact in that department. My mood has also remained fairly level and consistent throughout this time.When it comes to the energy claims, I haven’t really noticed any kind of boost. My energy levels have remained on the lower side, which is fairly standard for me, so it doesn’t seem to be moving the needle there. However, it seems to be delivering on the mood and digestive fronts. More importantly, I haven’t experienced a single negative side effect since starting these. Because of that, I feel completely comfortable continuing to take it.The capsules themselves are straightforward and very easy to swallow with a little bit of water, making them an easy addition to my daily routine. It also seems like a solid value for the price. The bottle comes with 60 capsules, and with a serving size of two per day, you get a full month’s supply. I also really appreciate the transparency on the label—they clearly list all the ingredients along with their exact dosages, so you know exactly what you are taking. Overall, it is a decent supplement that seems to work well for its intended purpose.

If you’re looking for a boost, this is a good option. The bottle has 60 capsules, so a month’s supply. They are composed of saffron, ginger, L-Theanine, magnesium, and more. It’s also made in the USA, and is 3rd party tested, vegan, gluten-free, and non-GMO. After taking for a week or so, I did notice that the product helped regulate my moods and improved my energy level—something I can always use help with as the demands of the day and stresses have increased for many. Some say that it helps with preventing hair loss. I have not noticed that yet, but have not been taking them long. Overall, the product is geared to help with mental and physical health— especially during rapid weight loss on GLP-1. So for that especially, this would make a good option to consider.

At this price point (~$30), I believe this is a little overpriced. A quick search shows similar items costing between ~$25-30. Would I order this again? Maybe, the price difference from low to high really isn’t that great. I need to see results first.Hope this helps.
