I was intrigued by this combination of ingredients because of the immune boosting potential. i mean, it would cost a lot to get these individual ingredients, so i appreciate the blend of cayenne pepper, hawthorn berry, turmeric, and beet root powder. I was a bit worried about the spiciness of the cayenne, but the dropper bottle allows you to control the dose. A curious flavor, best mixed with very sweet fruit
It’s a very good value for a month’s worth of very good ingredients. I’m a big fan of beet root to boost nitrates in the blood, and berberine and cinnamon to help moderate blood sugar levels, and now it’s easy to get them with some of this light syrup mixed into my protein shakes. Note that there’s a bit of D3, so you will want to watch how much D3 you’re getting from multivitamins and other ingredients.Now, this isn’t something I’d take directly in my mouth, at least not after first trying it. The taste is pretty strong for me. This does, though, mix very well with my protein shakes, to which I add a small piece of fruit or at least non-sugar fruit flavoring.

When it comes to supplements, third-party lab testing, a visible online presence, and knowing the country of origin are essential to me. I was unable to find any credible information about this company or product online. That lack of transparency makes me uncomfortable.To the product’s credit, the bottle includes a Lot number, manufacture date, and expiration date. However, without a website, lab report, or any verifiable information, the presentation feels incomplete and possibly misleading.I did try the supplement once. Despite being labeled as Cayenne Pepper, it had no noticeable heat or flavor, which may be intentional, though it’s not clarified on the label.This might be a perfectly fine supplement, but at this stage in my life, I prefer to stick with reputable brands that offer testing and accountability. I rated it 2 stars and won’t be continuing with it.

Good list of ingredients but missing black pepper
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Haven’t been using this long but would like to share my personal experience. DOES NOT give me heartburn – I used to take daily shots of cayenne pepper (powder) with warm water and always ended up with major heartburn. Thankfully, these drops doesnt give me heartburn or discomfort.They are easy to take. If you can tolerate a hint of spicy, you can take it under your tongue for faster absorption. If you cant, mixing it with water helps tone it down. Although, to me, its not spicy at all. The spicy taste lingers a bit…makes your tongue tingle (like an aftertaste)I really havent experienced a boost of energy but maybe I need to take it longer before I can see those effects. What I DONT like about this blend is that it’s missing black pepper. Whenever I see tumeric, I feel it should be paired with black pepper for better absorption. While cayenne pepper and black pepper both share the ability to enhance the absorption of turmeric’s active compound, curcumin, they work through different mechanisms and offer distinct benefits. Black pepper contains piperine, which significantly increases curcumin’s bioavailability by inhibiting its breakdown in the liver. Cayenne pepper, on the other hand, contains capsaicin, which boosts metabolism and may offer pain relief, but doesn’t have the same effect on curcumin absorption as piperine. So, this blend can be better if black pepper was added. No negative side effects (but Im not a fan of the aftertaste but can tolerate it)So far so good
