I am relatively new to taking NR/ nicotinamide riboside. It’s been around four months since I started. Researching the long term benefits just to help with aging is what made me want to try it. While this is a supplement that for the most part you don’t notice the benefits….it just runs in the background doing its job so to speak…I always like to try several different brands to see if there is one that works better/ is a better fit for me. So when I saw this NR from YOUTHEORY I wanted to give it a try.Bottle contains 60 capsules with a recommended dosing of two capsules per day….so this is a month supply. And it doesn’t get any easier than two capsules per day.Printed on the label is the lot # and expiration date….1/2028. If you are one who looks for this…..well the amazon sticker was placed over it and I didn’t find it till I peeled it away. So if you can’t find that info it might be hiding under that sticker.There is no smell when opening the bottle.Capsules are of average size.Capsules are a light yellow. All other NR I have taken has been white. I’m assuming the slight yellow color is due to the addition of quercetin which I also take and does have a yellow color.I have been taking this for a week now and have experienced no side effects at all. Even since I’ve started I have notice no different in my skin….but as I said I am not taking it for that and I believe individual results for all supplements vary from person to person. Same goes for my energy level….no noticeable difference.I like that each ingredient is listed individually. I am not a fan of proprietary blends. And while the addition of quercetin is a nice touch I’m not really sure why…it’s at what I feel is such a low dose vs taking that supplement as to not even matter. Although it is so low that I don’t have to worry about it and can continue to take that supplement individually.I have used/tried some of YOUTHEORY’S supplements in the past. I like that YOUTHEORY follows cGMP and does third party testing. I refuse to take any supplement that does not do third party testing as it assures me that all ingredients are at purported amounts and said supplement is free from toxins and impurities.As with darn near all supplements the jar is way too large for the amount of product.Pricing I feel is right in line with other NR supplements out there that are third party tested. Sure you can find NR cheaper but it isn’t third party tested. It’s not one of the cheaper supplements but I feel the potential benefits outweigh the cost per day.All in all I find this NR from YOUTHEORY to be a solid one. I would recommend it. I will finish the bottle and it will be one that I will consider reordering again. I do wish much like their collagen supplement that they offered a larger supply. While not something I am deducting any stars for a one month supply to me is not my favorite. I’d like to see this available with at least a three month supply offered but that’s just me.

I’m 59 and have been taking another brand of NAD for about a year to support cellular renewal and healthy aging. Since YouTheory is a trusted brand for me, I jumped on the opportunity to try their Nicotinamide Riboside supplement.YouTheory’s NAD comes in their signature dark plastic square-shaped bottle and is completely sealed, both shrink-wrapped on the outside and wafer-sealed on the inside. The capsules are on the larger size, but I find them easy to swallow. They are yellow in color and have no distinct odor or aftertaste. Two capsules is the recommended daily dose to provide 500 mg of NR and 100 mg of Quercetin. It also contains a small amount of Niacin (20 mg). The bottle holds a 30 day supply if used as directed.I did not have an reflux issues or stomach distress using this supplement. While I can’t really say how well NAD is working for me personally (it’s not something that gives you immediately noticeable results), I can say that if you are looking for a good quality, vegetarian, reasonably priced supplement, this one would be a good choice. It’s manufactured by Nutrawise in the USA and YouTheory is a brand that I have had excellent results with in the past.
