This was the worst detox/diet experience I have ever had. 15 days of pain and pure misery. I started off at a BMI of 27.1 and after 15 days of careful, clean eating, plenty of water, and exercise I lost half a pound, $30, and all my hopes and respect for this line of supplements.For 2 solid weeks, I never missed a dose. I counted calories between 1200 – 1400 a day, depending on my activity level, which is a healthy weight loss range for my height. I traded most meats for beans, legumes, and other protein sources. I drank a gallon of water daily and I rode 5 miles on my bike 6 days a week. Day 10 I looked in the mirror and I looked like I had gained 30 pounds I was so bloated. From day 9 on I constantly felt nauseous and had stomach pains – all day. Every day you think “Tomorrow has to be better”. But it’s not. It’s just as terrible, if not worse day by day.Here I am day 16, not even a pound lighter notwithstanding all the pain and misery these supplements have put my body through this past fortnight. There wasn’t even a period of the placebo effect. I am exhausted, weak, sluggish, forgetful, grumpy, and mad at myself for falling for this product. I had a lot of hopes and had filled my cart up with their other supplements to purchase when I was done with this “detox” but – delete, delete, delete, delete. I will never purchase another product from this company. I’m worried about what damage I have done to myself by using this product for so long and how long it will take my system to recover. I have tried many over all detox, and this one by far has been the most powerful and more effective. This is my first time trying this product I would say please follow instructions and drink plenty of water. I’m using it as a little detox kick off to my weight loss program, I’m not doing it 15 days in a row since I feel like my system is a little sensitive to it but I’m using it as at the end of the weekend program so I can start my week with the clean fresh start. I have experience some cramping first thing in the morning very painful , but this appears after the first bowel movement . First time I did it. I did it three days in a row and I was able to flash out almost 4 pounds like I said, it’s a good way to start a good healthy clean diet.

I’ve been taking these pills for the past two days (I started them on April 5th). I will try to update this review as much as I can. One thing I think is worth mentioning is that I had bypass surgery 12 years ago and started gaining weight back in the last three years (20lbs). I’m 41, 5’4″, and my current weight is 165 lbs. I also know hormones and stress play a considerable part in this.Day 1: I took the Water Weight Away (WWA) and the Complete Detox Matrix (CDM) as soon as I finished my lunch. I didn’t drink any extra water, just had my regular intake. Felt more energetic throughout the day and didn’t have snack cravings until dinner time. I usually go to bed late, around 2 am, and that’s when I took ONE pill of the 15 Day Cleanse (15DC).Day 2 (April 6th): No cramps or discomfort throughout the night; I felt like using the bathroom as soon as I woke up, but it was just gas/bloating. Two hours later, it hit me; I really had to go and spent around 20 minutes in the bathroom. No runs, just normal consistency feces. Took WWA and CDM after lunch. No water intake increase. No cravings until dinner time. 15DC before going to bed, this time with the recommended 8 oz of water.Day 3 (April 7th): No cramps or discomfort throughout the night. Had to use the bathroom right away, for 20 minutes. No runs, but softer stool than usual. I took the WWA pill in the morning with 8 oz of water and my coffee. I’m feeling thirstier than usual, so I’m increasing my water intake. I’m also starting a caloric deficit diet today. A couple of hours after having lunch and taking the CDM, I had to go to the bathroom again. No cramps or discomfort, just the urgency to go. I’ve started taking the CDM, I haven’t felt the need to snack or even hunger between meals.Day 4 (April 8th): Same thing as the day before. Unfortunately, I haven’t lost any weight yet — still 165 lbs. Instead of one 15DC pill, I will start taking two as recommended.

I will say sis go buy you some poise pads for that wet whistle, some poop spray, baby wipes, diaper rash cream, and get used to pump & dump method ( poop & flush) now the smell of death is gonna come out of you boo I’m sorry. This product works well if you work with it. Don’t expect to only take this, make no lifestyle changes, and still lose a bunch of weight. i think it needs to be clear that this is not some miracle system and will only help you get rid of a few pounds. Like, maybe 5-8 if you’re lucky. If you want this to replace proper diet and exercise, just skip it and save your money.I used this to kick off my body recomp and it definitely helped move things along faster. I lost water weight and cleansed my digestive system.But I also paired it with a different diet, exercise, and PLENTY of water. It has natural laxatives so yes, you’re gonna spend a decent amount of time in the bathroom. I take when I get home and come morning I’m fine to get through my workday.That being said, if you take these for 15 days and just go back to old habits, it’s not gonna last. Like, you’ll probably gain all the weight back in a week kind of not gonna last. It’s also not going to work if you have a bad diet. Everything the pills help you get rid of, you’re just putting back in your body. And most importantly STOP AFTER THE 2 WEEKS!!!! This is not a daily or long term aid. I’m on day 10 and still scared to be too far away from a bathroom. The instructions call for 1-2 of each of the pills to be taken daily, but I’m only taking 1 of each because I read the reviews prior to purchasing.They weren’t lying. 😫😫This detox is the truth! I am as irregular as they come and sometimes will go weeks without consistent bowel movements. It feels good to get on a more normal schedule. I don’t feel sluggish anymore. The cramping stopped around day 5 for me, but the urgency to go is still VERY real. I’m down 6lbs although losing weight wasn’t the intent. I found out very early that these pills + crappy eating do NOT mix well, so I’m grateful for the extra push to eat cleaner and get more water in my system. These work if you do the work!!! Will definitely do another round in a couple of months and keep these in my budget.
