Niacin overdose can kill
WARNING: I’m leaving 5 stars for the product. However, it is recommended by a doctor online to go through this entire bottle in 1 month for a person of 100lbs. DO NOT FOLLOW THAT RECOMMENDATION OR YOU COULD END UP IN THE HOSPITAL LIKE I DID. Too much Niacin can cause a stroke. I had heart attack symptoms and stroke symptoms and ended up in the emergency room. I fully support Youngevity products, but there are some prescriptions for Youngevity encouraged by others besides Dr. Wallach that are horribly incorrect. Follow the advice on the bottle and do not take more than 1 pill daily.

No Flush!!!!
Take it on an empty stomach and avoid eating Any fat for at least an hour after taking it with water and I’ve had NO FLUSH symptoms! Finally a Quality product!

This product from Youngevity is so good for the heart, and to open up your arteries for good blood flow and relaxation. It is easy to take this product. The pills are not difficult to swallow they are not as big as a lot of pills are to take. You can break them in half, or cut them in half, and take half in the morning and half at night if you would like.Really good for your health.If you’re looking for a good niacin product, I think this would be a good choice.I really like the product, and it works!
