I’ve been taking these for a month and have mixed feelings. On the functional side, I’ve noticed a bit of a boost in energy and they’ve been genuinely helpful with constipation. I haven’t seen a noticeable difference in my skin or hair yet, but I’m going to keep taking them and see if that changes over time since those things tend to take longer to show up. The one issue worth flagging is that the gummies arrived hard and stuck together in the bottle, which wasn’t a great first impression. It took a little work to separate them and the texture wasn’t quite what I was hoping for from a gummy supplement. The taste however is lovely – sweet but not too sweet. Just what you want from a good gummy.These are promising enough to keep going, but hopefully the texture issue is just a one-off and not something others run into regularly.

These taste really good. Like, way too good. I guess the first ingredient is sugar, then the second ingredient is a different type of sugar, and then the third ingredient is another type of sugar, so maybe that’s not a surprise that they taste good. Fourth ingredient is water, as long as we’re going down the list.They’re made in China, but at least they’re honest about it. I’d rather just have them tell me that they’re made in China (and where) than to just say nothing like a lot of these products do. So, kudos for that.No sign of any lab testing for purity, so that’s not great. Also, the dose is two gummis, so this is only a month supply.But, you know, they taste good. Kind of just a bottle of good gummi bears.

This is an interesting blend of nutrients in a pectin based gummy. It gives a wide range of things it supports. From digestive health to radiant skin.It has lots of good nutrients including pomegranate turmeric and biotin, some in meaningful quantities, some in small quantities.Everything is listed with quantities which is helpful when trying new supplements so that you can balance other nutrients you are already taking.I have been taking this for a while and it is hard to tell if it is helping. These gummies were actually better than I expected. They have a pleasant smell and the taste isn’t bad at all, especially considering the mix of ingredients like black cumin seed oil, apple cider vinegar, turmeric, honey, and biotin. I also liked seeing vitamin C and some simpler ingredients on the label instead of a huge list of artificial additives. Easy to take compared to a lot of supplements that leave a strong aftertaste. I ordered these gummies because I have taken several supplements with these same ingredients for years. I have been diagnosed with Crohn’s disease and I have found that eating an in an anti-inflammatory diet is the best course of action to stay healthy.The ingredients in these gummies are all anti-inflammatory. Oftentimes it is hard for me to find actual gummies that don’t have high fructose corn syrup and a bunch of added artificial coloring, which is actually a cause of inflammation.. these gummies are sweetened with pure sugar and honey. There are no headed artificial colors.I find the texture and quality of the gummies to be great. It says on the instructions that you should eat them with food and the first time I tried these out I think I had an empty stomach and hadn’t read the instructions yet and I found significant heartburn from these but since then I’ve eaten them with food and I found no adverse effects whatsoever.As far as actively being able to write the effectiveness of these gummies, that may be hard to do because as I’ve said I’ve taken these same ingredients for a very long time and I found in general for these ingredients to help me overall and I haven’t had a Crohn’s flare up in years. If I eat good, I feel good and the anti-inflammatory diet and anti-inflammatory supplements are wonderful.The value I feel is reasonable for a high quality supplement with natural ingredients. I would order these again. They are easy to chew and swallow.

These Black Seed Oil with Honey gummies are such a pleasant surprise! The ingredient list is excellent and packed with things that are genuinely good for you. I chose these for the turmeric extract, apple cider vinegar powder, and beet root powder. Beet root is great for heart health, turmeric is well known for helping with inflammation, and personally I think apple cider vinegar is good for just about everything…it’s one of those staples everyone should have in their routine.I do want to mention that the bottle itself looks a little different than the listing photos, but the label information is the same and the ingredients are exactly what’s advertised…and they’re excellent. So don’t let the slight packaging difference throw you off.Now let’s talk about the taste… because wow. These are delicious. The berry flavor really comes through, and you can taste a subtle hint of honey that makes them even better. They truly taste like a treat. Definitely keep them out of reach of children like the bottle says, because they would absolutely eat the whole thing…and honestly, it takes self-control as an adult not to do the same!I’m not great at taking supplements regularly.
