These Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies are just okay in my opinion. They seem fresh, but they are not a soft gummy.Personally, I don’t care for the taste. They remind me of sour apple candy which I’ve never liked. They are not overly sweet which is good, but I would’ve liked to know what kind of sweetener is used in these gummies.It’s hard to say if supplements actually do what they claim after only taking them a short time, but I’ve had no adverse effects. The value is on par with other gummy vitamins I’ve seen.

I haven’t been using these long enough to see any results but I’m not a huge fan of them because they are tough to chew as far as a gummy goes. The taste isn’t bad though as far as flavor goes. Will update once I’ve used them for a while to see if I’ve noticed any results.

I’d eat these like candy if the directions didn’t explicitly warn me not to. I’m guessing that’s because of the folate (vitamin b9) content. It’s an important nutrient for preventing birth defects, and it helps regulate mood and skin/hair growth, among other things. But in too large quantities, it can cause irritability, loss of sleep, and can have worse effects over time.But yeah, these are tasty. They taste very much like green apples, or like green apple candy. I don’t taste the vinegar at all, which is great because while I understand the digestive benefits of vinegar, I’ve downed shots of it while dieting in the past and while I don’t mind it, I’m not sure I want to taste it in a gummy.

I’ve been taking apple cider vinegar in gummy and capsule form for about 2 years now to help curb afternoon snack cravings and also because it contains antioxidants (polyphenols). Both the capsules and other gummies I’ve tried have a very strong apple cider vinegar scent and taste. They’re difficult for me to swallow, because I’m not a fan of their taste or pungent odor, and that’s the same reason I can’t take liquid apple cider vinegar straight from the bottle.These YikeCao Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies do not have that intense vinegar smell or taste. They taste like a mild green apple, which is a major bonus for me. They have a higher dosage in two gummies than I’m used to taking, but I can take one gummy instead of the two suggested. The gummies are soft and very easy to chew. They also have vitamin B12 and folate.I’m giving them four stars for taste and ease of chewing, but I don’t know what other ingredients make up these gummies, since the label doesn’t list them. There’s a seal stating they are vegetarian friendly, and they are low in calories, so I assume there’s no sugar and probably a low calorie sweetener, but that information is not provided.
