This is the best colon and anti parasite cleanse that is on the market in my opinion. I was diagnosed with GURD and burping what smelled like farts and I did this cleanse and within two days my digestive system was back on track. Whatever seems to go wrong with my body I am able to get rid of it by doing this cleanse. You may want to start off with one or two of the cleansing supplament at first and work your way up to the heavy cleanse to see how your body reacts to it. It even helped me regulate from IBS when I first started using it ten years ago. Now I use it regularly at least every other month. I only seem to have problems arise when I stop for two or three months. Using this product has saved me from many things I can not imagine doing without. This is the most reasonable price that I have found for it. Truely it is worth it.

Best thing ever!
I bought this a few days ago, wasn’t expecting much but decided I couldn’t really go wrong. Anyways, this product is wonderful. I’ve had digestive issues for the last few months due to high amounts of stress. I’ve been using this for two days and I feel really great, my bowel movements are productive, I have a lot of energy, and I’m more focused. I recommend this product to anyone, it’s great! I sleep a lot better at night as well. So far in two days I’ve lost about two pounds. The only thing I can say is that I’ve been feeling a little bloated, in the pamphlet it does explain that bloating and discomfort can happen because this is new to the body but it does go away and the product certainly does what it says. Great for the price too.

I didn’t get the results as I was hoping for, but still felt as if the product was effective… I had acne prone skin and my skin cleared up quite a bit; overall, I felt great. I did the stronger cleanse exactly as directed on the packaging and everything went well except for when I weaned myself off of the product; I had terrible and uncomfortable stomach cramps for 2-3 days which I believe was a result of the senna. Upon further research on the internet, I found out that it is not recommended that anyone take a product containing senna for any longer than 7 days — I took this for about 14 days. I’m not sure if the cramps had anything to do with the senna but I believe it’s a word of caution worth mentioning.

I’ve been doing this cleanse once a year every year. I liked it so much I bought the renew supplement several times after finishing it last year. Now I’ve bought another kit to do the cleanse again. Oh, there is nothing like the way you feel after doing a cleanse. I just feel full of positive vibrations and vigor after a cleanse. Plenty of good intentions to keep feeling that way, until life throws me over and my habits start getting the better of me. That is why I do a couple of cleanses a year to get myself back on track, and for the past few years this has been one of them. Cleanses always work the best when you eat plenty of vegetables, for most more than usual, drink lots of water, and reduce caffeine or eliminate it, and limit sugars and salts. If you do all that while you cleanse you will be amazed after a few days how you keep feeling better and better day after day. I always without intending to at the begging get into yoga, and deep stretching and all the things I should always do, but usually don’t. It’s just as you feel better you feel your muscles calling out for help and it all just keeps coming together to make you feel even better. Depending on how bad you have been the first few days might be a little rough, so plan accordingly. As strange as it sounds feeling bad is a good sign, not that if you don’t feel awful the cleanse isn’t doing good. It’s just that people that feel the worst need the cleanse the most.I think I do well with this one because I’m over 35 and so the hormones help. I don’t know if I would have taken to it as well when I was younger. I used to just do plain non gender oriented cleanses when I was younger .

Most of it, it promotes hormonal balance, which is what I was initially searching for. When I saw familiar natural vegan ingredients, dong quai, and the reviews, I had to try it.I did a gentle 2 week cleanse and have another supply to do it once more. The product recommends either doing an aggressive 2 week cleanse or a month long gentle cleanse. Being that it was my first time cleansing in years, I went with my own regimen to see how it would affect my work and interaction with family and friends.I must say that I was not running to the bathroom uncontrollably and that I didn’t have a need for a bowel movement as often as I thought I would, but when I would go, there was an obvious difference in the quantity and quality. I was taking this cleanse along with ginkgo biloba and Breast Health and Enhancement Pills by Ching Chi. Within 3 days I noticed a difference in energy levels, vision, thinking abilities, sleeping patterns, and overall mentality. By the 14th day, I was raving about it to my friends and telling my significant other to try the men’s version.I must admit that there are a lot of healthy-sized pills to take. It’s best to increase water intake, stop smoking, and stop drinking for the maximum benefit. However, even if you do smoke or drink, it’s still beneficial to do this rather than not. However, by the body getting the nutrients it needs coupled with sufficient amounts of water, the cravings subside.I give this product 5 stars. This is one of my favorite cleanses and I will be purchasing it again and again.

Favorite Cleanse Ever
This product is great for getting your body to get back in balance again. I like to take this when I feel my body is too out of balance. I took this a few times. The 1st time I had gone from eating super healthy to eating fast food then I started to eat sugar & my stomach was very distended to looking 5 months pregnant.. I took this product, along with a healthy diet & exercise. (Oatmeal w/cinnamon, protein shakes etc & 30 min cardio w/15 min Yoga/Pilates) & got my stomach flat again in 3 months.The 2nd time was similar I had been doing Keto then I overindulged/binged & eat cookies & tortillas, lost my perfectly flat stomach after 3 days of bingeing.. Started bloating really bad & my diet suffered, had to get back on track slowly again & started this cleanse & eat healthy & exercised 50 min/day & eat pretty healthy & got my stomach to stop bloating so bad. Looks way more flat again. Flaxseed & Chia Seeds help. This cleanse got me back on track!

I definitely recommend everyone do a cleanse. I’ve noticed a few swimmers after day 3 and so have siblings that I’ve recommended to. I did the whole cleanse because I’ve read the ingredients and knew what each one does. I will definitely be doing it again.The only down side is that my teeth felt a little weaker after finishing but that’s due to the fact that I wasn’t mineralizing my body. But definitely recommend the gentle cleanse.
