I have been using this stuff for about 10 years! I love the fact that it does not contain sugar or colorants. It’s finely ground which allows it to absorb lots of water and do it’s job. You need a decent quantity: minimum one heaping Tbsp or more.Also, when added to water and allowed to set, it hardens into a concrete-like surface. I used this for foundation repairs in my house and it’s holding up beautifully. I used it to set a basketball hoop in the backyard for my kids.

I love all the Yerba Prima formula’s. They have about 5 different fibers so it isn’t all psyllium. I seem to tolerate these better than the all psyllium ones. I take this in the morning and evening. Has helped tons.

Best Source of fiber – but not for sissy’s.
I’ve taken this for years. Perfect for regularity. A better sugar-free source of fiber … but you have to learn to drink it down without all the sugary fake flavors of the common *mucils. Do it for your health – not the taste (there is none).
