Healthy supplement for bad diets
This is a great supplement for anyone that often lacks proper nutrition in their diet. It’s not a magical cure for your laziness but it helps. Personally I’m not a fan of the flavor, I know it’s ginger but it’s very spicy and sour for a drink. But it tastes healthy and I can tolerate that. I’ve yet to try it with anything other than water so far so maybe a juice will help too. The powder is so fine that it makes it easy to mix, although it still takes some effort to mix well. I don’t know why the spoon for these things always seem to be at the bottom of the bag, but at least in a flexible bag it was easy to dig up compared to a hard container. This is pretty expensive for the size though

Good Start So Far
I’ve been using this for a little while now, and so far it’s been a positive experience. It mixes well, has been easy to add to my routine, and I like that it combines greens with prebiotics, probiotics, and postbiotics instead of having to buy several different products.Supplements are one of those things that take time, especially when they’re aimed at digestive health. I’m not at the point where I can say whether it’s made a measurable difference yet, but I’ve had no issues taking it and plan to keep using it. That’s usually a good sign. This is my first product from Xtendlife, and it gives me a good impression of the brand. If things continue going this way over the next few weeks, I’d definitely consider trying some of their other supplements as well.

Covers all my gut needs and tastes pretty goodCovers all my gut needs and tastes pretty good
I’ve really been enjoying this All in One Gut Formula. The kiwi ginger flavor is pretty tasty even though it is slightly greens tasting the kiwi gives it that sweetness to make it tasty. It only needs to be mixed into a small 6 ounces and just a little chug will give such added benefits and relief without having to mix it with a huge volume of water which could cause an overly full feeling and just uncomfortable digestion. The way they put this formula together and targets every aspect of a slow moving gut and targets the 3 main reasons the digestion slows down.•The “Slippery” Factor (Soothing Botanicals): Slippery Elm and Marshmallow Root are “mucilaginous”—they create a slick, soothing coating in the digestive tract. If you’ve been backed up for days, these help “grease the wheels” so waste can move more comfortably.•The “Breakdown” Factor (Digestive Enzymes): Papain and Bromelain are heavy hitters for breaking down proteins. If you feel like your past meals are just sitting in your stomach (that “slow drip” feeling), these act like a pair of scissors to help chop everything up.•The “Motion” Factor (Digestive Herbs): Ginger, Dandelion, and Peppermint are natural prokinetics. They help stimulate the wave-like muscle contractions (peristalsis) that actually push waste out.Usually I’m buying seperate probiotics, fiber, digestive enzymes and sometimes don’t have the time in a day to get any greens in nevermind enough to help benefit the fact that I’ve been feeling so bloated and constipated which is not good when I already take high performance supplements for other reasons. That’s why I’m glad they have the good probiotics included.•The Postbiotic: Including Lactococcus lactis strain plasma is a high-end addition. Postbiotics are the “refined” results of fermentation that help settle the gut lining immediately.•The Probiotic Source: They use LactoSpore® (Bacillus coagulans). This is a shelf-stable, spore-forming probiotic. It is much higher quality than generic strains because it survives the harsh acid in your stomach to actually reach your intestines. When I take this I notice significantly less bloating within minutes. The peppermint in the formula has a slight spiceness to it but nothing that burns its more of a feeling that I can tell it’s working. This is a high-quality, clinical-grade greens powder. It avoids the “filler” grasses that some cheap brands use and focuses on the mechanics of digestion which I love. I’ve been less backed up which was ultimately causing me so much fatigue because waste wasn’t moving through my system normally so essentially I gained more energy. Now you might think this seems expensive but when you compare it to just a high grade probiotic and fiber supplement alone your already going over the cost of this right there. I don’t know about anyone else but I love having this to take and know I’m hitting every aspect without flooding my system with tons of pills and water all at once that might not be getting through my stomach acid and ultimately building up expensive stool while spending significantly less money in a product that’s actually effective but also tastes good. I’m so glad I took a chance on this and think anyone dealing with anybody the issues I mentioned or just want to keep their gut moving nice and steady should absolutely give this a try.

Better in a smoothie, good mix but pricey…Better in a smoothie, good mix but pricey…
I add this to my smoothie and that is the best way for me. I tried it first with cold water and it was not bad, kind of kiwi and ginger with a greens taste behind it. Drinkable, but not something I would look forward to every day. In a smoothie it blends in much better and tastes much better. One scoop is 9 grams and the bag has 30 servings. I mixed mine with banana, Greek yogurt, and a little almond milk. The flavor was smoother that way and the powder did not stand out as much. I still got a tiny bit at the bottom of the cup, so I shook it again and finished it.Ingredient list is pretty loaded. Spirulina, wheat grass, barley grass, kiwi, ginger, fennel, enzymes, fiber, probiotic, and a lot more. For me it sat fine on my stomach. I did not feel heavy after drinking it, which was good. The hard part is the price. It is $58.95 and about $6.21 per ounce, so this is not a cheap daily greens mix. I like it, especially in smoothies, but the price keeps it at 4 stars for me.

This is pretty tasty digestive health shake. This is pretty tasty digestive health shake.
I’ve tried quite a few greens powders over the years, and this one has been one of the more enjoyable ones to drink. The taste is actually pretty good compared to many others I’ve had. It has a pleasant flavor that isn’t overly grassy or chalky, which makes it much easier to drink on a regular basis. It mixes fairly well with water, and I found it even better blended into a smoothie. I didn’t have any trouble finishing a serving, which isn’t always the case with greens supplements. One thing that surprised me was how filling it is. After drinking a serving, I felt satisfied for quite a while, making it a nice addition to my morning routine or as a snack between meals. It doesn’t replace a meal, but it definitely helps take the edge off hunger.I also like that it combines prebiotics, probiotics, and postbiotics along with greens and superfoods in one product. It’s convenient to have everything together instead of needing to take several different supplements. While everyone’s experience with digestive supplements will be different, I appreciate the well-rounded ingredient blend that’s designed to support gut health and digestion.Overall, I’ve been happy with this product. It tastes better than many competing greens powders, is surprisingly filling, mixes easily, and is simple to work into a daily routine. If you’re looking for a greens supplement that’s enjoyable to drink while providing a comprehensive blend of ingredients to support digestive health, this one is definitely worth trying.

A Harmonious Blend 🌈A Harmonious Blend 🌈
So, let me start by mentioning that my diet is horrid, as well as my ability to consistently take multivitamins/supplements etc.Terrible, I know but, Recently I have really been trying to at least drink an Ensure from time to time and to take my multivitamin..I wanted to kick it up a notch though, as not only am I super susceptible to infections due to my weakened immune system, but I struggle with gut health in all regards. From stomach aches, pain, bloating, constipation, nausea, heartburn- you name it, I have it. I am legitimately the face of “Pepto Bismol” lol.Well, I came across this superfood powder, and figured I’d give it try, and the MAIN reason for that is because it’s called the “Harmony Blend”, & My name is Harmony! lol so when it arrived, I figured I’d make a glass of it, it would taste dreadful, and on top of the fridge it would go, left there to solely collect dust. I was WRONG! I have been drinking this almost daily, been setting a reminder on my phone so I don’t forget during the hustle and bustle of the busy days I have, & we are cooking over here!I can’t tell yet how much of a difference this product makes as far as bloating/pain, or stomach appearance etc, But I will say it definitely isn’t hurting anything, I am happy knowing I am getting not only pro/pre biotics, but also post??? New to me but it sounds like something that I could definitely benefit from. And I have noticed slightly less bloating so far!The best part of this harmonious powder is the taste surprisingly!I mix it with orange juice & I either forget it’s even in there, or I chug it down and ta-da! All finished. It is definitely an ugly color, & the clumps do take a bit to fully stir in, but if you are patient and looking for a tasty product to help with your digestion, take it from me, you’ll enjoy this product!- Peace Love Happiness & Harmony 💜

Great nutrition, great product for the gutGreat nutrition, great product for the gut
The ingredients in the Xtendlife Gut Harmony Greens drink mix are fantastic. They’re a cornucopia of healthy ingredients for the GI system and the body in general. The mix includes everything from greens to wheat grass to fennel to ginger root extracts, enzymes, fiber (prebiotics), probiotic and post-biotics. It’s also made with stevia instead of sugar, and I can detect a bit of stevia’s aftertaste. One serving is only 35 kcal. It only requires 6 oz of water to mix it up. I use a spoon to mix it, and it takes about a minute to get the powder to completely dissolve. Some green drinks can make me feel bloated and gassy but not this one. It has a slightly tart, slightly sweet flavor, but to me the overriding taste is grassy. It leaves a tingling sensation in my mouth, even though there is no carbonation. I’m guessing that comes from the ginger root and kiwifruit powder and maybe even the peppermint, which tells me those ingredients are indeed in the mix. I prefer to drink this like a shot. The flavor is a bit overwhelming for me, so I can’t just sip it. I haven’t yet tried to mix in into any flavored drinks to see if it masks the grassiness, but that’s my next step. This mix has 30 servings in its resealable pouch. It is a product imported from New Zealand, and its current price $58.95 is a bit steep for me. That along with the taste makes it difficult for me to want to reorder, but the nutrition aspect can be beat.

Digestive health supplement covers all the basesDigestive health supplement covers all the bases
I tried the Xtendlife Gut Harmony blend in Kiwifruit and Ginger. It is a greens drink with herbs and botanicals, combined with Prebiotic soluble fiber (3.4 grams), probiotics, postbiotics, and digestive enzymes. It’s an all-in-one gut health support supplement.Taste: I mixed one scoop with 6 ounces of cold water in a shaker bottle. It contains spirulina and tastes as expected from a greens drink. It is sweet and tangy, with a bite from the ginger. My digestion has been excellent since taking this supplement, with the exception of the one day when I ate too much coleslaw for lunch. So, I still need to watch those cruciferous vegetables. I haven’t had any negative reactions to the supplement itself.Other Ingredients: Added ingredients include “natural flavors”, maltodextrin, citric acid, malic acid, and Stevia Glycocides. I appreciate that this supplement is sweetened with Stevia instead of an artificial sweetener. This product is made in New Zealand using imported and local ingredients, including many high-quality branded ingredients. I am wary of supplements, but I decided to try this one because Amazon’s description states that a certificate of analysis is available for every batch of Xtendlife’s health supplements. It would be nice if you could retrieve this information by scanning a QR code on the package.Note: There is a typo on the packaging. “Lactococcus latis strain plasma” should be “Lactococcus lactis strain plasma.”Summary: I would recommend this digestive health supplement because it covers all the bases, seems to be high quality, and tastes just fine (if you like ginger).
