This supplement has a lot of ingredients that I’ve found in anti-aging supplements and skin care products. I particularly wanted to take it because it contains resveratrol and quercetin. There are 45 servings in the jar, which for me makes the price just on the border of being a bit too expensive.The capsules are medium-sized, so I’ve had no difficulty taking them. I haven’t used the entire jar and haven’t taken it long enough to have noticed any benefits. I also haven’t noticed any side effects, but I’m not planning on finishing the jar. That’s because earlier today I opened another supplement by this company. While the outside clear plastic seal was in place, the inner seal was completely dislodged. Instead of using sterile, medical-grade cotton to fill the bottle, a 7 ½” square piece of paper was wadded up and crammed in. This is despite all the mentions in the listing for that supplement that talked about third-party testing and how they’re manufactured in a GMP-certified facility. I found the non-sterile conditions of that product totally unacceptable, and no longer feel comfortable taking any product manufactured by this company.

THis s a product with some very good ingredents, Festine is a flavonoid antioxidant , there is some excellant studies that have come out on Flavanoids, regarding healing and removing dead cells, that cause aging and inflamation , as well as protecting the brain, from stress and inflamation, and could help with cognative decline. Resveratrol has been connected to wine, and is believed to help with the heart as well a being an anti inflamatory, Quercetine, Also a plant Flavanoid, and good for inflamation, allergies, and the heart, spermidine helps with healthy aging and longevity by reducing inflammation, protecting the heart, and supporting cognitive function. And CoQ 10 also known to support the heart and healthy aging. This product is a powerhouse of well researched supplements, all combined and its easy to take, no real side effects I can think of, and is worth trying. It appears to be a good well made product and at a fair price.
