Product is as described and was delivered in record time. Considerable value compared to my last purchase which was a vast improvement over previous purchases from the local universities speciality pharmacy; over twice the quantity for slightly over half the price including delivery. I’ve tried three different products, from three manufactures/suppliers, with no significant difference in results. I am a transplant receipient and take huge doses of dietary supplements not covered by insurance. This gets expensive fast. I go for the value.

Good for several issues
I was recommended magnesium and riboflavin for migraines.Turns out it helped with my migraines, my constipation, and leg cramps now that I am pregnant! My anxiety seemed to also disappear…amazing what supplements can do.It’s also supposed to help with sleep but I’ve never had any issues with sleep.I bought these in July 2020 and now it’s April 2021 and I’m only just now buying another bottle. Great value. It works.(it will create looser stools, but for me that was a plus. This type of mag isn’t super “bioavailable” so it doesn’t absorb as well as others types like mag citrate. Again, it’s a plus for me though. )

Since I’m on a low salt diet, I get horrible leg cramps or back cramps. My doctor said to add Magnesium to my daily routine. My daughter-in-law said this product is the one that she takes. I tried a bottle and I have to say that 90% of my muscle cramps are gone. Love this product.

I’ve been using this for years
I’ve taken magnesium oxide for years, and from what I can tell, it’s working. The explanation is this:I take medicine every day, and I used to have a sour stomach on occasion. I talked to my doctor, who worked with me to come up with a solution without other negative consequences. And that’s why I take magnesium oxide every day.So, for me, this is a worthwhile product. It’s a natural substance that helps me digest the medicine I take without experiencing the stomach upset I did without it.Hopefully, it will work the same for you.

Better coating than the previous company i was using
I like these because the pills are more solid than the previous brand I used. Magnesium Oxide pills tend to be powdery. These do not break down. Great improvement.
