This mushroom blend is targeted towards women. There is really nothing specific for a woman in this. They use extracts made from the fruiting body which is what you want in a mushroom supplement. Overall this has an excellent blend of mushrooms with known health benefits.It’s very important that mushroom supplements are made with standards in place. Third-party testing is also important. Decent Mushroom Supplement with Mixed Results
I’ve been using the Women’s PureBalance Mushroom Complex for a little while, and my experience has been somewhat mixed. The combination of Lion’s Mane, Reishi, Cordyceps, and Turkey Tail is promising, and I was hopeful about the benefits for memory, focus, and immune support.On the positive side, I did notice a slight improvement in my focus, particularly when I needed to tackle complex tasks. Lion’s Mane seems to provide a bit of clarity, which is nice. However, I wasn’t as impressed with the energy boost from Cordyceps—I expected a more noticeable effect.As for immune support and stress relief, I can’t say I’ve felt any significant changes.
