I’m a 34-year-old runner with a touchy stomach, and I used this probiotic every morning for three or so weeks at home and on one overnight trip. I tested what matters: the high-potency 150B with 37 strains, the included prebiotics and digestive enzymes, and timing with breakfast vs on an empty stomach.Results I saw: days 1–3 came with mild gas (3/10) and more gurgle, then it settled. By day 7 my bloat log dropped from 5 days per week to 2, and post-dinner “tight waist” went from about a 6/10 to a 3–4/10. Bathroom regularity improved from ~0.8 to 1.1 trips per day and Bristol moved from mostly 5–6 to 4–5. With food, zero queasiness 18 of 21 days; fasted gave brief burps twice.Pros tied to features: big multi-strain dose seemed effective once past the adjustment; prebiotics and enzymes made heavier meals sit easier; simple one-capsule routine; vegan capsule. Cons: the first few days can be bubbly; capsule is on the larger side; take with food to avoid occassional burps; faint earthy smell when you open the bottle.Compared to my usual 30B probiotic, this hit faster and stronger but required a short ramp. Best for men dealing with intermittent bloat who want a potent, all-in-one; not for total probiotic beginners or anyone who reacts to prebiotics.

UPDATE: i love these even MORE now!! they totally do an excellent job!! they have evened out my stomach & digestion (which they say ups your digestion by 12.7 hrs or something like that), i cannot sing the praises enough for this product!!my first review: i think that these are a quality product. the sheer number of good things that we NEED is astonishing that they fit it all into one tablet! crazy cool.probiotics, prebiotics, extra stuff like pepper & ginger for absorption, added things like fruit & veggie complexes is REALLY cool, women’s health needs, i.e. biotin, vitamin D (which i already take both of, but hey a little more always helps eh? i think so).i just think it’s really cool what science & the vitamin, supplement world has accomplished in a relatively short amount of time.i have suffered with IBS on & off in different forms (i’ll spare u the gory details) over many years now. i used to take probiotics & such but have not for a good decade, though i take many vitamins & some supplements.so, i restarted taking them when i received these & i see/feel a difference so far & it’s a good one. again, i’ll spare u gory details, haha, but my stomach, etc is behaving & feeling a lot better!these are easy to use, no taste that i notice, so easy to take/swallow. i already said they are effective hinter below. ;)i really like that u only have to take 1 & that u get a TWO MONTH supply @ 60 capsules a bottle, so u have enough or close enough to the time it takes to see efficacy. which is unusual i find. so that is much appreciated. a 3-month supply would be BRILLIANT though. :)speaking of the quantity, that leads to pricing & i think the price is quite fair & decent for a 2 month supply. 🙂

I’ve been taking these women’s probiotics daily and I’m really impressed with the quality. This is a superior product – 150 Billion CFU. Much better than the more expensive and more popular version with “60 Billion CFU”. And it is much cheaper. If you take probiotics, try this one!

A good probiotic isn’t just any random supplement with bacteria thrown in. If it’s actually going to benefit your gut, it needs to be high quality and contain strains that are backed by real research. I checked the ingredient list and the strains that are effective are all there. This also has a prebiotic, which is important because it helps the probiotics survive digestion so they can actually reach your intestines and do their work. I really like that it includes vitamin D3 too. Most women are low in vitamin D and it gets more important as we age. The ginger extract and black pepper are a smart addition since they support digestion and absorption. You can tell whoever formulated this actually knew what they were doing. I’m still not entirely sure what the fruit and vegetable complex is supposed to do, but I’m not mad at extra nutrients. For $24 a month, the price is great!In terms of results, it did help with bloating and general gut comfort. IBS runs in my family, so we’ve been taking probiotics for years just to keep things under control. When I switched to this one, everything health wise stayed the same, which for me is exactly what I wanted. I wasn’t trying to “fix” anything, just maintain good gut health since I’ve been on other probiotics previously. So overall: it works, it’s thoughtfully made, and it’s absolutely worth it.
