    Helpful probiotics !

    I tend to get infections easily in places that are super sensitive, so I have been taking these types of vitamins pretty regularly. I recently ran out and did not take them for 2-3 weeks and boy, I realized I was itching and my sensitive areas were so much more irritated than before.It’s been a few days since taking them and I feel like it is easing a little. Like with all vitamins it’s hard to say what had a direct effect, especially because I’ve been cutting down certain foods along with taking these, but I do think this has been helping me, especially this time of the month to keep me healthy.Pretty good size bottle, and the capsules are pretty easy to swallow, they are the white plastic-looking kind.

    I like these probiotics a lot. I feel good using products from Canada, where I assume the quality standards are higher, and these are very affordable. They have a good dose and number of strains, and the capsules are easy to swallow. I haven’t had any stomach upset, and have incorporated this into my daily routine.     Good for Gut, Needs Food

    I recently finished the NATRIVIGA Women’s Probiotic 100 Billion CFU. While I don’t feel a dramatically obvious shift in my day-to-day gut health—as I generally am not keenly aware of subtle internal changes—I am giving it the benefit of the doubt due to the perceived benefits that come with taking a high-quality, high-CFU supplement like this. I can only assume it’s doing its job internally.The main issue I encountered was that the supplement caused an upset stomach if not taken with or after a meal. This required careful scheduling, as taking the capsule on an empty stomach resulted in uncomfortable stomach upset and cramping. It absolutely must be taken during or immediately after a substantial meal to avoid issues.Once I integrated the probiotic properly into my mealtime routine, I experienced no further negative reactions. I appreciate the peace of mind that comes with the 100 Billion CFU count, which leads me to believe it is providing substantial support to my gut biome. Despite the need for careful timing, the perceived long-term health benefits make this a worthwhile addition to my daily regimen.

    Comparing this probiotic to similar ones ai fell that this one is a great value for the money. With many great ingredients this supplement has so many health benefits. The pill itself is odorless and is easy to swallow; it’s not too large. I have not taken them long enough to evaluate the effectiveness but I am expecting the benefits that are gained from a probiotic.

    For gut health; ingredient list is strangely uninformative

    I got this specifically because it was a probiotic, and it is a good price for a 45-day supply. The bottle came safety sealed, and the last pic shows the standard size of the capsules, so most people will likely not experience any difficulty swallowing them.What is weird, is that the label indicates that there is also vitamin C, niacin, vitamin E, calcium, vitamin B6, B12, and biotin, but gives no indication of how MUCH of these supplements are included. While I guess we can assume that the amounts are negligible, why would you not simply include the information? VERY ODD (removing 3 stars). Expiration date is April 2028.
