An effective and great creatine
This is a great creatine! It’s individually packed, so you could even take it on the go. I use creatine not really for muscle building, because it’s really good for that, but also for memory improvement during menopause. Ever since taking creatine, my brain fog has gotten better. The one ding against it is that there is a very artificial taste to it, but that’s a very small gripe. It dissolves really well, and overall, this is a really nice way to ingest creatine.

Convenient and taste good
This box contains 30 packets of creatine powder. They are like powdered drink sticks. The packets are easy to open and empty into your bottle easily.The directions are to empty one packet into 300 ml, 10 oz, and shake. This amount of water gives a good amount of flavor. It’s a fruity berry flavor that is quite delicious.I haven’t been using it long enough to be able to give results. The ingredients are good except for erythritol. There is some controversy to that ingredient. It’s in a lot of supplement products.I like this product because it tastes good, mixes in water easily, and it’s easy to use. I do feel it’s expensive for only 30 packets when I could buy a big container for the same price. Convenience can be expensive.

Tastes great and great ingredients! I’m using this for collagen production as well as muscle recovery/energy. It mixes well with my milkshakes and is actually delicious. I’ve had no issues with this.

This stuff does not taste good!!! It has good stuff in it so I mix it with another hydration drink that does taste good so I can stomach it!

This is a great creatine blend that includes high quality ingredients which include organic beet root, inositol, collagen, sodium hyaluronate & black currant. This is aimed to support women by improving performance but not having to worry about bulky muscle growth. This also provides collagen to help with skin elasticity. These have a great raspberry flavor and mix easily with water, it has a great, fresh taste and does not have any grittiness or issues with mixing, I use a blender bottle to make sure it mixes completely. This includes 30 pre-portioned packets and they are a very similar look to water flavor packets. They are also caffeine-free and gluten-free, they also have no added sugars, are keto friendly, and free from artificial colors or flavors.

Great flavor and creatine amountGreat flavor and creatine amount
The supplement has proven to be a good creatine monohydrate powder. The creatine amount at 5000 mg is definitely a quality amount per packet, however the collagen only adds up to 200 mg total which is pretty sparse. Beyond that, I like the addition of the inositol and the beetroot powder. I like the raspberry flavor of this creatine powder as it hides the taste of the creatine and other ingredients well while also tasting delicious. I would like it if the supplement disclosed whether or not it is GMP certified or lab tested as I don’t see that information available. The powder conveniently comes in individual packets and is easy to mix just by stirring it in with water.
