My husband and I both take a multivitamin every day. I typically buy gummies because capsules and tablets tend to upset my stomach. This multivitamin seems to have all the key basics. Depending on your personal vitamin needs, these may or may not have high enough percentages for you. It is plenty for me!The bottle contains 60 capsules. The serving size is 2 per day so the bottle should last you one month.The vitamins are average in size but do have a smooth gel coating on them, making them easier to swallow.Supplements have a tendency to make me queasy. Tablets are THE WORST. Capsules are a hit or miss. Thankfully, I didn’t experience any digestive upsets after taking these – no bloating, gas or diarrhea. (all of which I have experienced in the past with other brands)Since I have been taking multivitamins for many, many years, I can’t really say that I noticed specific changes in my energy levels while taking them. However, it’s still a great way to boost your immune system and provide your body with some additional nutrients that it may be lacking, especially if your diet isn’t always the healthiest.

Really great ingredients and easy to swallow, no icky taste or smell. Good value. Kinda more out of my spending range. But as far as quality these have been great. Didn’t notice a ton of energy. But I also have issue that effect that. Really depends. You should always do your research on any supplements though.

They don’t have much of a taste and aren’t too large to swallow easily. No aftertaste at all. Great value with so many tablets in this bottle. Highly recommend!
