I’m very pleased with this product. I have been looking for something that will calm my anxiety, in this magnesium plus other active ingredients all aiming at calming the nervous system has been very effective. I take it in the evening before I go to bed and I have really calming peaceful sleep. A Good Supplement
I’ve been hearing a lot about the benefits of taking a magnesium glycinate supplement and decided that it could be beneficial to me in several ways. First, I walk A LOT and as a result, often get leg cramps. Second, it is supposed to support relaxation and sleep. These were MY reasons for taking the supplement, although there are other potential benefits. I discussed this with my doctor to determine the need, the potential benefits, and the correct dosage. It does seem to be helping with leg cramps. I’ve been taking this supplement now for about three weeks, and I can say that I’ve seen an improvement in muscle cramping. I haven’t yet seen a noticeable improvement in my sleep, but I’ve had a lot going on recently, so maybe it really has improved. I’ll give it more time. I’ve had no negative effects from this supplement.A little about the pills themselves. They’re a compressed round tablet, not a capsule. Easy to swallow, and I couldn’t tell you what they taste like because they don’t easily dissolve in my mouth (a positive). They contain no eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, gluten, dairy, or soy. With 240 tablets (120 servings), it’s a reasonably good value.
