    Wise Woman fiber capsules are effective without causing the severe abdominal cramping of other recommended OTC supplements I have tried. These fiber capsules are more reliable when taken daily, though the dosage may need to be adjusted to personal health needs.

    I am just beginning my second bottle of Fiber Flow Capsules. For many years, I have had issues with constipation and diarrhea intermittently.     The product is good but the glass bottle came broken and shatters of glass are inside
