Easy to swallow
I like these caplets. They are shaped like a football which makes them very easy to swallow. It is a pretty large pill so the shape is important. As for the potency of the pill I am very pleased. I am using this for my enlarged prostate. These seem to work better than other brands I have tried. I also use them with Lycopene. Using the Saw Palmetto and Lycopene together has helped me get off my prostate prescription and eliminate the nasty side effects of congestion and fluid in my ears.

A Solid Addition to My Wife’s PCOS Supplement Routine
I purchased this for my wife as part of the supplement routine she’s using to help manage symptoms associated with PCOS.The bottle arrived sealed, the caplets are easy for her to take, and everything appeared fresh and well packaged.She’s only been taking it for about a week, so it’s much too early for me to make any big claims. That said, she does feel like she’s starting to notice some improvement, which is encouraging. Since she’s taking it alongside a few other supplements, I can’t honestly say the saw palmetto alone is responsible, but we’re happy with how things are going so far.Most importantly, she hasn’t experienced any issues taking it, and it’s been easy to add to her daily routine.Overall, it’s a little early to judge the long-term effectiveness, but our first impression has been positive. If things continue in the same direction, I’d have no problem purchasing it again.
