    This manufacturer makes another product that gives noticeable results, found no noticeable energy increase with these, even taking them a couple of times throughout the day. Wouldn’t buy again.

    I feel much better

    One of my coworkers give me a couple of these after I had surgery twice almost back to back and was feeling tired from the blood loss. I started taking iron along with these and after a week my hemoglobin and hematocrit levels were back up in the normal range but I must say I feel a whole lot better I believe because of the B12. I say that because before my surgeries my hgb & hct were high normal and I didn’t have the energy I have now. So I will continue to take these even after I stop the iron pills.
