    Easy to tolerate, effective

    I’ve been using this for a few weeks so far and it has been easy to incorporate into my routine. There’s no weird smell or unpleasant aftertaste, and I haven’t experienced any stomach upset while taking it. I can’t speak to longer term results yet, but my experience taking it so far has been positive. Cinnamon is very effective for my purposes. Pretty good value for what is costs.

    Fits Nicely With the Supplements I Already Take

    The capsules are not difficult for me to swallow, which makes them easy to work into the supplement stack I already take. I also like having several ingredients combined in one formula instead of adding even more separate bottles to my routine.Some of the ingredients are ones I was already interested in, which is part of why I wanted to try this. As far as effectiveness goes, it is still too early for me to say whether I am noticing a meaningful difference, and I would rather give it more time than make claims I cannot support.For now, I mainly take it as an extra part of my routine for a little peace of mind. With ingredients such as berberine and chromium, I think it makes sense to check with your doctor first to make sure the formula is appropriate for you.

    Welvigor Ceylon Cinnamon with MCT Oil SoftgelsI have not actually taken these yet, because I noticed something when I first got the package that made me a little wary.I can add, these came to me in heat of summer and package was extremely warm so I was already hesitant.As heated MCT in my experience, can become ruined and rancid immediately or in short time. I threw them in my fridge to help preserve them.Heres the thing, I may be too picky for some but the front says Organic MCT Oil, and the description talks about 100% organic coconut MCT oil.But when I looked at the actual ingredients on the bottle, underOther Ingredients it just says MCT oil (from coconut oil). That struck me enough that I haven’t wanted to just start taking these since I only take organic MCTThe rest of the ingredient mix is a good combination, and I do like that it uses Ceylon cinnamon rather than just saying cinnamon. That does give this product and company a bump in kudos.The bottle also gives the actual amounts of the Ceylon cinnamon extract, berberine and chromiumThis is something I may contact the company to see if they can clarify the organic MCT claim before I decide whether to take these.

    Very nice gel caps

    The softgels themselves are smooth and oblong which makes them really easy to swallow without any choking hazard or weird aftertaste. That alone is a huge win for me since I hate dealing with dry powders or large pills that get stuck in my throat.After using it for a couple weeks I noticed it fits perfectly into my morning routine.     Very Weird, I Don’t Trust Them

    I was excited about these because I know a lot of compounds are fat-soluble and therefore not absorbed great when taken with water, so I thought it being carried in MCT oil would help. However, I’m a little weary of them after opening them up. There’s a noticeable sort of wet dog food kind of smell which is not very inviting to want to put them in your mouth. They’re also the hardest gel capsule I’ve ever seen. They’re the same size and nice little tapered shape, but there’s like almost zero flex to them if you squeeze it a little. They’re dark brown, so I assumed the cinnamon made them that color, but no. The weird texture surprised me so I decided to check it out more and tried to bite through it at the tip to see what the inside was like. I could not cut through it with my teeth and had to put it between my molars and crush it until it finally burst with a pop. The capsule skin is SUPER thick and hard, which I don’t see a benefit to and if anything could make it not fully dissolve in your stomach? The oil inside it clear with the tiniest tiniest little itty bitty amount of fine cinnamon looking sediment in there. It tasted slightly chemically, but with no taste or smell of cinnamon at all. I know it’s an “extract” rather than powder inside or anything, but it doesn’t give off remotely natural vibes and I would expect it to have SOME semblence of what’s in it. It doesn’t seem at all like my berberine complex either. They boast it being organic cinnamon and non GMO and everything, but I don’t really trust these, to be honest. I actually feel uncomfortable taking them and the super hard weird shell seems misleading and maybe dyed or something in order to make it look like what you would expect a cinnamon supplement to look like. I wouldn’t recommend.
