My kids love the fruity flavor and chewy consistency and I like the health benefits that comes along with taking calcium and vitamin D. The serving size is two gummies a day and contains 60 total, so about a month supply. Safe to take on a empty stomach but I actually like to mix with a couple fruit snacks or berries with their lunch and add a vitamin or two with it. For the current price of $14.99 I feel is fair, especially if you arnt getting adequate milk/sunshine in your diet. Kids hate swallowing pills, so these are surly worth it as they are convenient and sweet tasting.

Great vitamin for kids with food sensitivities
I have some kiddos with food sensitivities. They are “allergic” to milk, eggs, gluten, many nuts, and legumes. These gummies have none of that. These gummies do have sugar as the first two ingredients. this is not great, but its important to keep in mind the serving size, and frequency of usage. So I don’t see the sugar as a total deal breaker. But its worth noting.The flavor is good enough, that the kiddos will happily take them, but I don’t have to worry about them sneaking in to the pantry vitamin cabinet.These vitamins have the big 3 for bone health, and my two youngest kiddos have had some breaks in the past, so we want to focus on building a strong bone matrix as they grow in to teens. I like these for that, as a supplement.

Effective to keep my kids Vit D level in range
It is affordable and my kids like the taste especially the yellow color compared to purple one. My only suggestion is that if you can split the flavor into two would be better coz my kids always prefers the yellow ones.

Taste good, slighly powdery texture, a little expensive for calcium chews
These are good tasting calcium chews. I think they taste good, and most of the kids I have asked also think so. They do have a bit of a powdery texture, so if your kiddo is sensitive, they might not like the texture. The texture is similar to a marshmallow that has undissolved sugar in it. They have quite a bit more vitamin D than you (or a small child) need in a day, about 1.5 times your daily value, and about 75% of your required calcium. They do also contain phosphoruous, for some reason.Be aware that these contain tilapia gel (tilapia is a kind of fish), so these are not suitable for anyone with fish allergies. I couldn’t detect any flavor of fish when I ate them, and I didn’t get fish-flavored burps afterward, so I didn’t mind that they contain fish. Overall, I recommend these, but they are a little expensive for calcium gummies.
