I have been using the Wellah brand ever since I tried out their creatine products around January this year. Because I liked that product of theirs, they are a trusted brand in my eyes. I got the L-Glutamine product because I looked into the potential benefits of it and decided to give it a try. It is researched to aid your immune system in repairing itself and helping with muscle soreness. Most supplements are noted to mostly have noticeable effects after a prolonged usage period(ex. 30+ days).But I noticed the benefits of this the same day as taking it. Your body naturally gets glutamine from food but if you have a heavy workout day, are on your menstrual cycle, or sick… it may need extra help because your body is using the extra stores. My body was experiencing soreness so I decided to select this product and I don’t know if it’s a mix of placebo because of the short time but it really did help me not feel so beat down sore. It was effective in that. Because of that, I would assume this specific supplement is a take as you need it and not necessarily everyday (unless you need it). There is no taste because it is in a capsule, but it may be harder to swallow for others. Take it with water ^^
