Too much Caffeine, too little Creatine, and a bizarre amount of Biotin and Vitamin B12.
This 6-pack variety of flavors of pre-workout + Creatine powder tastes ok to my tongue, mixes and dissolves well with water, and doesn’t repeat on me with any foul smelling burps. It has almost double the caffeine in it compared to a regular cup of coffee which is why it gives you lots of energy but at the same time is causing my heart to palpitate. It also has too little Creatine based on the recommended daily amount that you should take. But the fact that this product has a MEGADOSE of both Biotin and Vitamin B12 with tens of thousands of a percentage times the amount that our USDA recommends as a daily dose caused me to discontinue consuming this product. I care about not causing my kidneys to work in overdrive trying to filter out the potency of these vitamins which results in unhealthy golden urine.

Highly Convenient for Early Miles When I Don’t Want to Portion My Pre-Workout Jar
I wanted a clean, convenient way to get some extra creatine into my routine without lugging around bulky tubs of powder. I grabbed this 20-pack variety box of Wellah Pre-Workout + Creatine sticks, and they have been incredibly handy to toss in my bag when I commute to my gym before work.The pre-portioned sticks take all the guesswork out of dosing, offering exactly 3g of creatine and a heavy 200mg hit of caffeine per pack. Because I track my training data closely, I appreciate knowing exactly what I am taking. It mixes surprisingly well in a standard shaker bottle with about 16 ounces of cold water, though you might notice a very slight gritty texture at the bottom that just requires a quick swirl before your last sip.Having six different flavors to rotate through is a fantastic way to find your favorite before committing to a full tub. The Peach Mango and Fruit Punch are easily the standouts, while the Grape feels a bit too artificial for my taste. One critical thing to keep in mind is the caffeine content. That 200mg dose is perfect for giving me a sharp, focused energy boost for early morning road miles, but you definitely want to avoid taking it late in the day if you value your sleep schedule. My favorite and most used pre-workout… now with creatine!
Wellah is my new favorite pre workout/energy line of products. It is affordable, tasty, and has clean ingredient. Compared to other pre-workouts, the caffeine in this is right in the middle. Where this shines compared to other pre workouts are the ingredients are pretty clean and it has no artificial dyes or sweeteners. I find it pretty easy to mix with a small stirrer. The individual packets make this super easy to take on vacation. Because it has creative, it also combines 2 products in 1 so you get a better value for your dollar. Actually, when you consider the added vitamins, it is more like 3 products in 1. The only negative is the tub. One, it is pretty big compared to the packet size. And two, as the container doesn’t compress like a bag would once you use the product.

For supplement products, due to the fact that they are so unregulated in the US, I always like to check for a few things like is there any information about where it was manufactured, any information about 3rd party testing and how many capsules, scoops or servings per recommended daily dose to translate to a total number of doses instead of just overall count.This product is made in the US and states that it is 3rd party tested. Unfortunately there isn’t much additional information about 3rd party testing in a detailed certificate of analysis for quantities of the stated ingredients at this time which is pretty common. This company is at least somewhat established with products marketed toward women’s health.It comes with 20 individually wrapped servings in 6 flavors that each have 3g of creatine. It also include 5 g of citrulline malate per serving which is supposed to have some vascular benefits with additional smaller amounts of amino acids and vitamins, hyaluronic acid and 200mg of caffeine for the “preworkout” boost aspect.Given that they seem to be recommending relatively low level creatine supplementation as a healthy addition to people’s daily routine for men and women for physical benefits like strength and endurance as well as apparently some mental benefits particularly in all of us who are sleep deprived, it is a good time to look into some more pleasant options to more creatine in the diet.This product has a very pleasant for the peach mango, apple and fruit punch flavors I have tried so far. There is no unpleasant grainy texture or aftertaste or difficulty dissolving after just a few shakes in a shake bottle. It recommends mixing with 6-8 oz which I would say you could probably go for the full 8 oz or more to make sure its not too sweet. That said, it is sweetened with stevia so at least you aren’t loading up on a crazy amount of refined sugar or anything. That is also something to keep in mind if you don’t like stevia. I know many people have issues with artificial sweeteners. I didn’t have any issues with stomach upset afterwards.One thing I would point out is that the daily recommended 1 scoop provides 3 g of creatine which is around the lower end of daily recommended dose which is perfectly fine but I do usually more often see recommendations for daily dosing closer to 5g. Value wise, this is priced relatively similar to other flavored options, maybe a little more if you compare the 3g to 5g dosing. This is relatively similar to many of their other products so if you like their other products and good with the price it should be a positive experience. Unflavored is much less expensive but obviously less pleasant for many people, haha.Solidly meets all expectations. I think this would be an especially good product to get people who are new to creatine or less enthusiastic about trying it to start with a tasty drinking option.

We have tried this brand before because they are usually effective and also a good value for the money. This product is no different and we are super happy with it. The ingredients are really solid and many of them have proven benefits to back their claims. I love that there are NO numbered dyes, making this a great dye-free option that only uses natural coloring. The packets are super simple and convenient to use – you just open them and dump them in a cup or bottle or water and either mix or shake. The powder mixed well and was fairly easy to get it all mixed in. The variety of flavors is good too and they all tasted pretty good. These are also low in sodium which is another fantastic benefit (especially if you have high blood pressure or just need to watch your sodium for whatever reason). The value for how many you get is pretty good as well and these are perfect for any pre-workout routine. Overall, we are super happy with these and would recommend them to others.

This review is for Wellah Pre-Workout + Creatine (Variety Pack) 20 Stick Packs.This tub of creatine sticks contains 20 packs in 6 different flavors. I like that the sticks are pre-portioned, so there’s no guessing as to what a serving truly is. Instructions say to add one stick to 6-10 oz of water. (I’d recommend closer to the higher end of that for taste preferences). They mix pretty well; there are a few clumps that I can break up easily before drinking. The flavors are fruit punch, grape, green apple, orange raspberry, peach mango, and rainbow sherbert. My favorite is fruit punch. It does smell and taste like fruit punch – sweet, but not too sweet. It contains Stevia for sweetening, and the color is derived from beet root powder. One good thing about the variety pack is that you can try out all of the different flavors before committing to one particular flavor. However, if you don’t care for any of the flavors, it might seem like a bit of a waste. (For example, I really don’t like artificially flavored grape drinks). Then again, taste is subjective.Note that each stick contains a lot of caffeine – 200mg. This isn’t obvious on the tub, so it’s really important to note. This makes it great for my morning workouts; I just sub it in for coffee, and it effectively piques up my alertness and energy level. The caffeine is derived from green tea extract. I suppose if you don’t want the high caffeine, you can cut the serving in half (which would also provide a lower dose of creatine). I like that it contains several other beneficial ingredients, such as a high percentage of biotin and Vitamin B12.Item is made in the USA and my tub has an expiration date of approximately 2.5 years after order date. Item arrived with plastic safety seal intact.
