Been using citrus bergamot for heart for some time; this is a good one
This is the second Welbuda product I am using. Seems like a good company as the products make sense (what is combined); the dosages are reasonable; they are not using objectionable fillers (totally good with rice flour in them).Been using citrus bergamot some time now for my heart health; use some of the other ingredients as well such as hawthorn berry for the same reason. This seems well balanced. Easy to swallow. No adverse reaction to it.Do recommend giving it a try.

Have never had a supplement with bergamot citrus as the main ingredient. But after researching its health properties and reading the other roots/flowers/fruits added to this mix, I ordered it for me and my husband. We’ve been taking 2 of these capsules daily for a week now. There’s really no taste or scent to these capsules, which I very much appreciate. These add to my daily supplement intake. And I really like its added liver health support. I’m already taking another supplement for my liver health, which I’ve been very pleased with. So, I figured this will boost it even more. Love that bergamot also helps with my overall immune system and overall heart health too. Specifically to calm things down, including my blood pressure, cholesterol, and cortisol levels. Haven’t noticed anything really discernable in my body so far. I’m just glad to put good stuff like this in to balance out with my not-the-best diet. Appreciate that this was lab-tested in the US for health safety too.Very recommended.

It Helps Me
My experience with Citrus Bergamot has been to help control my cholesterol only. I was taking another brand until recently and decided to try this one instead since it had a few more ingredients that can potentially help my immune system. I do take another type of supplement for cholesterol control – CholestOff – and combined with Citrus Bergamot they work wonders for me. I’ll be soon checking my levels again, but I’m confident that this one will work just as well if not better since the extract ratio is higher than the one that I was taking before.As maybe a downside is that to me, it tastes bland, but that’s what I expect from any pills. I always take it with a smoothie or yoghurt which could be masking any potential after taste that I haven’t experienced yet.The most important thing to me is purity and they state that it is lab tested and I trust it is. As for other cases that this blend is supposed to help, I can’t say much though I’ve felt in a much better mood lately, but I can’t attribute to any specific cause, so I won’t say that it is due to this or not. Still, I will keep taking it for my use case and I like the extra ingredients.

Interesting combination of herbs
I take many of the ingredients in this supplement already, so I thought I would try this Citrus Bergamot supplement to combine them into one serving instead of many. I had not previously been taking citrus bergamot, but after researching it’s benefits, it’s the icing on the cake to the herbs I’m already using for the same benefits.The pills aren’t so big that they are hard to swallow. I’m not a fan of taking pills and get my supplements in gummy form when I can, but these aren’t bad. I can definitely smell the garlic in them, but they haven’t caused any stomach upset or rifting. Once they’re down they stay there. Recommended dose is 2 capsules per day, so this 210 capsule jar will last 3.5 months. I feel it is a good value for the money.

Good Supplement at a great value
Welbuda Citrus Bergamot is a great supplement at an awesome price. I’ve been taking Citrus Bergamot for a few months now, and using Welbuda’s for a couple of months.I take this supplement for its many health benefits. There is plenty of research on its benefits so I won’t go into details on that. It’s important to note that some supplements may have side effects and/or interact with medications, so it’s important to do your research before taking any supplement. I have not experienced any side effects with Welbuda Citrus Bergamot though.The only negative thing I can say about the product is that the dosages for blends don’t appear to be efficacious doses. The label also does not list the exact mg of each supplement in the blend. If they listed those dosages and increased the dosage of those supplements this would be 5 stars from me. I would even pay more for that! I do recommend this product for the citrus bergamot alone, but if you’re buying this because the addition of the ‘blends’ I would skip.

I am reviewing the WELBUDA Citrus Bergamot Extract 25:1 with Olive Leaf, Hawthorn Berry & MoreWhen I purchase supplements, I look for several criteria before settling on a brand to purchase, having already researched the supplement itself and making the decision to try it.Is this supplement produced in a GMP compliant facility? The label states “GMP Certified”Is this supplement certified organic or non-GMO? The label states it is non-GMO.Does it contain fillers? Yes.Then, on arrival there are a few more criteria I use to decide if I am comfortable ingesting the supplement.Are the outer neckband and inner seal intact? Yes.Is the expiration date far enough out for me to use them before they begin to deteriorate? This bottle has an Expiry Date of November 2026.Does the supplement look as expected? Yes.Other notes:The label states this supplement is produced in a GMP certified facility. The label also states this product is manufactured and distributed by Welbuda. The NSF (USA), which maintains a database of GMP certified facilities, does not include Welbuda is not on the list. The website listed on the bottle is a shell page with minimal information other than a link to the Amazon page for the seller. Also, note that the cap shown is not the cap included with the product. I changed out the cap for a pop-top.

A Citrus Ingredient Supplement !
I got this because I like the health benefits I get from Bergamot although usually it’s small from what I can see with my lab test on my lipids/cholesterol. Now this has many ingredients in this and I like them all. I have actually taken them all. Three of them I currently take. I never recommend or give a supplement five stars unless it is third party lab tested and tested in the USA/UK or Canada or a Country with regulated oversight with supplement ingredient testing. This does state ‘Third Party Tested’ but I prefer Third Party ‘Lab’ Tested for purity and mg weight. Other than that I have no complaints. I am very happy to see that this has 210 caps in it for 105 servings as that is over three months for me at two caps per day. These are easy to take and I had no sides. I never notice anything taking Bergamot and the only way I know its working is by my lab test. Good Luck and Hope this was helpful !

good value supplement
I have been taking these bergamot supplements for several weeks and have experienced no adverse effects. The pills are not small, but they can be taken without too much difficulty and there is no unpleasant taste or aroma. Taking 2 pills per serving with meals means that there are about one month worth in this bottle which might be enough to notice some positive benefits. However, the vendor offers an extra bottle free if you would like to extend the use to decide if it works for you. I have not looked into the offer, but may at the end of the current bottle.
