I have problem taking pills. I have spent a lot of money for years but most were too strong and made me sick. The last one I found were 500 mcg. These I found by accident and they are wonderful, taste good, no upset stomach. Only 250 mcg. They work, you might try 2 a day if you can. Will keep on buying. Am 80 yrs old, very good for seniors.

Just what the doctor ordered!
The doctor lowered my dosage for vitamin B12 and I could not find this dosage anywhere. My pharmacy could not even order it for me. Amazon came through and now both my doctor and I are very pleased!

Always Check with your Health Provider
I cannot tolerate high levels of B12 and even this was too strong for me even though I cut it into quarters. I noticed increased energy immediately but, sadly, it gave me a huge migraine and made my blood glucose levels very unstable. I ended up having a medical emergency. Lesson learnt – always run any new supplement by your doctor first. I will have to trash this nearly new bottle. Huge waste of money. I am giving 3 stars because I’m sure it is a good supplement for some but not for everybody.

Good option for the specific dose amount
My wife was prescribed a certain dose of b12 and this is one of the only ones we could find in that dose amount. They are higher priced so that is why they aren’t getting 5 stars, but they are the quality you would expect and one of the only ones in that dose size. We have searched for cheaper and these are as good as it gets.
