Metabolic game changer
I have PMOS/PCOS and Hashimoto’s disease so my metabolic rate is not the best. My numbers kept coming back everything was normal but I was a zombie. This patch has changed my life. Best Option. I have used Berberine Patches for 5 months now and have lost over 30 lbs. There are many brands on the market and I have purchased and used several different ones. This Brand (VytaDose) is by far the best. It definitely helps to curb my appetite for the entire day. I put one patch on in the morning and remove it 12 hours later. These patches are very thin and they stay on without coming off or pealing until I’m ready to remove them. I have had no side effects and seem to have more energy during the day (no more naps). It works well controlling your appetite. Have not taken enough dosage to comment on. Weight loss. Hopefully while suppressing pnes appetite, you will eat less, therefore, burning fat for energy.
