The probiotic strains included in this supplement; lactobacillus crispatus, rhamnosus, reuteri, plantarum and acidophilus are known for their role in supporting healthy vaginal flora, pH, and feminine microbiome stability. I was very interested in these strains and did a lot of reading regarding their role in feminine health, that gave me a great deal of confidence in this supplement. The capsules are average sized and easy to take, with one in a serving. Honestly, the potency and quality of this vaginal probiotic is evident to me. I’ve definitely felt the support for my feminine health. It’s a boost of confidence for me to take such a quality, potent probiotic. These are free from unnecessary additives or fillers and are non-GMO. It’s a US-based company, and the supplements are GMP certified. This stands for Good Manufacturing Practices, and there is strict quality control for supplements that meet this standard. Knowing this helped me to trust that the supplement contains what the label states, and was produced in a clean and safe environment.The capsules are about the average size, and I appreciate only having to take one per day. They’re easy enough to swallow, and have no nasty smell or aftertaste.I would probably need longer than a couple of weeks to know if these probiotics were having any particular effect, although I generally tend to assume that if everything seems to be healthy, the probiotics are doing what they’re meant to do. I’ve had no stomach/digestive issues with these probiotics, and I think they’re a good quality product.
