    Clean product ingredients

    I like that this product is 3rd party tested. Great quality & made in the U.S.I didn’t notice an increase in energy since I always have plenty. Haven’t noticed anything else positive yet since I’ve only been taking them for less than a month. Will continue till product is gone & then reevaluate.

    Great for blood sugar control

    I’ve been using the Vykee Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) for several weeks and have noticed a meaningful improvement in my blood sugar regulation—especially after adjusting how I take it. Instead of the full 600mg dose at once, I split it into two 300mg capsules: one in the morning and one before bed. This timing has worked much better for me, helping smooth out glucose fluctuations and support more stable fasting readings. The capsules are easy to take and I’ve not experienced any GI upset. I’ve found that the split dose provides a gentler, more sustained effect throughout the day and night, rather than a single spike of activity. If you’re experimenting with ALA for metabolic support, I’d definitely recommend trying a split dose to see how your body responds.

    Do the job!

    After trying these for about three weeks I did notice that I had more energy when taking these supplements. Overall I think the supplement does its job and is effective. They are fairly easy to swallow. I would recommend trying!

    I wanted to make sure I can try this product carefully before reviewing it. I’ve been using Vykee ALA for about 3 weeks now and I have noticed skin improvement since using this product. I also feel like my recovery time after working out has been decreased since I’ve been using this supplement. I have stopped taking other supplements to ensure that I can know what I’m feeling is not due to something else I am using since I have never used an ALA supplement before. I’m looking forward to overall nerve health as the long term goal.

    I like taking this additional ALA besides what my body produces for my cell mitochondria. I take it for , eye health, liver health, weight management, cardiovascular health, respiratory support.Taking this brand in already prefilled capsules is so much easier then buying ALA in bulk form and filling your own capsules.I recommend taking ALA as long as you consult your doctor when considering adding it to your supplement program.
