I like to take co-q-10 for its heart benefits. I was wanting to try a new brand and received this quickly. The soft gels are a nice size and easy to swallow. Unfortunately, I try not to eat anything with seed oils. I’m bummed that these contain sunflower oil. With new evidence emerging about seed oils contributing to inflammation in the body, this seems counter productive to add them to a supplement. I would not purchase again based on that alone.

I like having CoQ10 (or Coenzyme Q10, aka Ubiquinone) as part of my regular supplement routine. I’ve heard it’s good for cellular energy, and I do believe I benefit from taking it. I’ve used several different brands over the years, and this one from Vivtexn seems like a good one.To start with, a daily serving is a single softgel, which delivers 200 mg of CoQ10. I take a number of different supplements, so it’s always nice when I can minimize the number of tablets or capsules I’m swallowing every day. Further, it seems like a clean product. CoQ10 and vitamin E are the only active ingredients listed. It’s specifically stated to be gluten free and made in a GMP compliant facility.As to benefits, it does claim to provide heart and cellular energy support as well as “premium cardiovascular support,” though I assume that’s just two ways of saying the same thing. Of course, it carries the usual disclaimer that such statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.As for myself, I’ve been taking CoQ10 anyway, so I can’t peg any particular benefits to this product yet. Benefits are likely both cumulative and subtle, even though very real. That’s just how it is with most health supplements in my experience, and that’s fine. Now this is stated to be a “high absorption formula,” so maybe the effects will be a little stronger than with other CoQ10 products; I’ll just have to wait and see.There are 120 softgels in the bottle, so at only one per day, that’s 4 months’ worth. I appreciate having a solid supply that will last me a while. And the softgels are what I would call medium-sized, so there’s no difficulty with swallowing them. I’m pleased to give this nutritional supplement the highest rating: 5 stars.

I am always looking for an edge as I age. I keep active with a running and weight training routine, along with supplements. I wanted CoQ10 as it fills an empty slot in my supplement stack, but I could not justify the cost until I found this blend.The product is a one softgel per day formula. That one softgel has 200mg of CoQ10, which is a meaningful dose for me, in a pea-sized gel. It goes down easily and I don’t get any stomach upset or other side effects. I take it with breakfast and it has no taste, no odor, and no aftertaste either. I compared the amount to other products of CoQ10 per softgel, the number to take per dose to get 200mg of CoQ10, and the price per softgel, and this dosage in this small a softgel and only needing to take one a day means that at the price at the time of this review, this is an outstanding value.I have been taking the softgels for about a week and nothing has changed for me. At this value point, I have a three month supply and can wait to see if there are any changes to my routine.

I’ve been taking CoQ10 for about 25 years, so I’ve tried quite a few different brands and formulas over the years. I’ve been using the newer refined form of ubiquinone for around 10 years, and I’ve always felt that CoQ10 is a worthwhile part of my daily supplement routine.What I like about this one from Vivtexn is that it seems to be a really good blend and the 200 mg dose is convenient. I take CoQ10 daily to counteract possible muscle side-effects from taking red yeast rice to lower cholesterol. These seen like a decent option for others taking this supplement, although of course it’s hard to know exactly how efficacious a supplement is.Pill size is as expected and is easy to swallow.Dosage of 200 mg is high-average (many times I choose a 100mg pill).Packaging is fine.I saw another reviewer mention sunflower oil being an ingredient. I looked, and it is. I noticed that of the other CoQ10 supplements I currently have, one uses rice bran oil and the other uses palm oil. It seems that rice bran is the better oil (and coincidentally, that CoQ10 is the store brand one). However, I don’t know that it would be that big of a problem in something as small as a pill taken daily.

No disclosure of country of origin
I have taken COQ10 for years for heart health. It’s an expensive supplement. It gave me pause when I saw the price of this one. As I examined the bottle I saw no country of origin or where manufactured. There is no expiration date or lot number. No contact phone number. Only tells who distributors are. Says GMP but that tells me nothing. So I looked in description and online, nothing. I went to AI and had it search. Even AI could find nothing. AI suggested most likely PRC but couldn’t confirm it. If you go to such lengths to hide it then I am not willing to try this product.
