    This was really nice helped with my cleanse and definitely helped me keep my appetite in check. Didn’t feel the urge to eat for the longest time after this shot. Really liked it I didn’t see a major difference in bowel movement but everyone is different so.. overall I’ll buy again it’s just not much for the price unfortunately 🙁
