    Excellent iron supplement

    This iron supplement has worked great for me! The pills are relatively small and easy to swallow. I love how vitamin C is included in the formula to help with absorption. I found that the pills caused constipation in the first few days of taking them, but it is not longer an issue now that I’ve been taking them for a while. I’ve had no problems with quality or delivery when ordering them from Amazon, and I would highly recommend them.

    Gentle iron, yucky burps.

    I like how gentle this supplement is on my digestive system compared to others, but the burps taste horrible. Luckily it only last an hour or two for me. Tends to go away after eating.

    Gentle option for GI tract

    After I found out that I was anemic and my doctor told me to start on iron supplements, I decided to try this formulation after reading that it was easier on your GI tract and less likely to cause constipation. I also like that it has Vitamin C to help absorb the iron better. So far I have been pleased this product. I do feel that my energy levels are improved and I do not feel that this is causing or worsening constipation. Here’s hoping for better results on my next blood test!
