Okay so I am always weary about taking pills! I hate swallowing pills and putting chemicals into my body! I was 113 pounds until my husband and I went to Mexico for our first time, all inclusive vacation 🤣 I went all the way up to 127 and felt disgusted about myself! I know I know. I personally dont know if I care for them. Ive always been a very fit woman but over the last 3 years ive gained over 50 lbs and havent been able to take it off. Prior to taking these i began a high protein low carb diet and im always very active in my lifestyle alone.The one thing I did notice almost immediately is my bloat being gone which had me super excited. I noticed some differences in the way my body looked, and In the first 2 weeks definitely felt more confident in my clothing but my scale hasnt budged a bit. This could be because my muscles are serious for a woman but, as active as I am i shouldve seen something go down on the scale.My belly bloat is now back!Maybe i didnt give it much time so I will write another review after i finish this bottle…Its been about 3 weeks and so far, It feels very depressing after all of the great revviews I saw… Still hopeful…

ive used this for a week now. Im 30 yrs old. I work out about 4-6 days a week. I try to eat healthy and meal prep but i do have bad cravings. Since taking this product I have been constipated. Prior to taking the pills I had no digestive issues. I have NOT been able to sleep. I am up at 5 am every day for work. Even weekends I don’t sleep in. Usually I am in bed by 7-9 pm the latest depends how tired i am. Since taking this product I have not been able to go to sleep until 12 – 1 am. I just don’t feel sleepy. Ive been taking the pill every morning. No pounds lost. It does not help with cravings whats so ever. If anything I believe my cravings got worse. Maybe i havent taken the product long enough but I think other reviews are paid/ false reviews. I decided to use a fat burner to help me burn more fat and build mean muscle quicker. Just recently transitioned to weights and wanted a little kick but pills do nothing. I did not feel jittery or anything. Just cant sleep or go to the bathroom. I would not recommend

Nighttime Fat Burner! A great title of a product that unfortunately doesn’t work. I strive to honestly try & verify products used & purchased. After using my bottle of this product, I wondered if it was my body chemistry that caused it not to work. So, I purchased another bottle and gifted it to a friend. As this friend has the uncanny ability to lose a basic amount of weight, I figured she would find the product a success.Unfortunately she did not, nor did another friend who also gave this product a try. That told the three of us that despite other glowing reviews, this product was not the raving success others reported it to be.After speaking to a Dr & nutritionist, I was informed that while this product had diuretic properties, causing some to lose water weight, according to these individuals, there is no proof that any pill will aid you in losing weight, and unfortunately, losing weight by doing nothing but sleeping 9 out of 10 times has no effect of weight loss.I must rate this product as I have due to multiple attempts by multiple people with no weight loss and due to questionable ingredients in said product.I strive to write honest, frank, true to life reviews in order for future readers to make informed purchases. I ordered these on my good friend’s advice. I got them a couple of weeks ago, but wanted to wait until now to write this, so I could give a detailed review of its effects. I have been taking them twice a day since they arrived, and here is what I’ve found. They are easy to swallow capsules, that dont taste disgusting or leave any after taste. I also don’t burp a funny taste up after taking them. They definitely give me a NOTICEABLE boost in energy, WITHOUT jitters, or shakes, which is awesome. As far as appetite control, I went the entire 3rd day without eating anything until supper, because it was a super busy day, and I didn’t get hungry, so I completely spaced it out until it was time to cook for my family! I forget to do one thing or another almost daily, but until I started taking these, forgetting to EAT has never been one of them! Also noteworthy, they do not give me gas like a lot of other supplements for energy and weight loss I have tried in the past. My husband noticed my energy and mood, and decided he wanted to try them too. Now he takes them when he just needs a boost of energy! I shpuld have bought 2! Holy crap – a fat burner that follows through on promises!
This fat burner is legit! 1 week in and I lost about 5cm (2in) around my stomach – my trouble area.
