I’ve been taking nmn or it’s equivalent NAD for about 6 months now. I didn’t notice anything significant when I first started taking it, but the testing that they’ve done for it makes me want to continue it. This specific supplement has 750 mg per capsule, and it is one capsule a day so there is a two-month supply in this bottle. This supplement seems pretty clean, as far as it’s testing, and it’s allergen-free formula. It’s also vegan friendly. I didn’t notice anything wrong as far as the taste or the capsule themselves when using it. The supplement only has NMN in it there is no other sister supplement that you usually see with NMN.

NMN is a must for me when it comes to supplements. If you’re up to speed on these things you’re probably aware that its one of the few additions to your supplement regimen that can make a significant difference. I’ve been using a well-regarded brand for a few years now, so I thought I’d give these a try and see how they compare. Normally if I stop taking NMN for a week or two, I can see my energy levels and efficiency start to drop. So when I switched to these, I was on the lookout for any changes in that respect. I’m happy to report there were no issues and this worked just as expected.Aside from that, the pills are a reasonable size so they’re not tough to swallow. There aren’t any side effects, weird flavors, or stomach issues to worry about with this supplement. I’m here to provide my honest experience and unbiased -picky- opinion. I ordered this because I’d seen some information about NMN and NAD and wanted to try it. Since this brand is third party lab tested and verified I ordered them.There is a slight smell upon opening the sealed container; the capsules are easy to swallow. My container unfortunately had lots of powder in it which made it messy. I’ve been taking the suggested capsule (1 serving) every morning/afternoon for three weeks. The bottle I received expires in 1/2029.I looked up the manufacturer’s website and learned a lot. I appreciate that they provide information for their customers.I’m not sure I can tell any difference, but I don’t think one could be felt in that amount of time. Even the manufacturer says one to two months. I don’t see my daily energy being boosted, but to be fair I’m in a crazy busy time. I have noticed I need less naps. I am so interested to see the results of my wellness visit numbers. I’m tempted to stop taking them to see if I notice a difference.For $40.00 for 60 capsules, just $0.67 a day, it seems a good value for the money. I’ve tried a NAD+ supplement before and found it left a bad taste in my mouth, but NMN has no taste, so I’m sticking with that. This brand is manufactured in the USA and 3rd party lab tested. The certificate of analysis is shown in the description pics. The company has an extensive website, with a health blog and additional information. They specialize in simple, single ingredient supplements with decent dosing. The amount per serving for this supplement is the proper dosage for the over 60 age group. The capsules are normal-sized, tasteless, odorless, and do not stick together. The bottle has a convenient flip top for easy dispensing. After taking this supplement, I’ve had no side effects. I think it is very high quality NMN, but also expensive.

Seems like a straightforward product. Like most products in this space, there’s some hand-waving going on as far as the made in the USA claims. What they typically mean is put into capsules and packaged in the US, using globally sourced ingredients and it’s anyone’s guess where those ingredients came from. I do greatly wish that there was some third party testing for potency and contaminants. I’m knocking off a star for the lack of transparency and third party testing.Price seems reasonable for 60 pills/2 months worth. I do like that the formulation is relatively simple. beta-NMN and a bit of magnesium stearate to help the filling equipment go smoothly.As far as how it works? I’m 3 weeks in and I can’t say that I have yet to discern any noticeable effects. But, these things do take time and can be subtle, so I’ll keep going and finish off the bottle.
